Great location next the beach

Pebble Beach is a lovely seaside house in a great central location, with Brighton Beach and the Pier just metres away! This is an ideal holiday let for groups or families with three bedrooms and two bathrooms all finished to a high standard. The location is ideal if you are here with family and friends as everything is close by. Shops, cafes, places to eat, nightclubs and entertainment is all within walking distance. A practical and stylish choice.


There are three bedrooms. Each has twin beds (but these can be made up as kings as they are hotel standard zip and link). Each bedroom also has a quality Futon chair bed. The living room has two sofa beds.

Pebble Beach offers a really lovely seaside place to stay. The perfect

location to call home while you are staying in Brighton. Pebble Beach has a lovely feel to it. Close to the beach, Brighton Pier, cafe culture and
entertainment and with food shops within easy walking distance.

A traditional Victorian townhouse which has been refurbished to create a lovely home from home with two beautiful shower rooms and stylish touches. White walls throughout, carefully chosen accessories and a contemporary kitchen and bathroom. This is an excellent choice for a group of friends for the weekend or for a family for a week in Brighton.


Up a couple of steps to the front door and then you are straight into the living room.

Living room and ground floor

The living room has been stylishly furnished and has two great sofas (also sofa beds) from The Futon Company. There is a large LCD tv on the wall and the lighting and pictures and accessories have all been chosen to create a homely yet stylish feel. There is WiFi. Just off this room is a shower room and loo which is contemporary and fully tiled and has a large rainfall shower.

Kitchen/Diner lower ground floor

A door leads off the living room downstairs to the kitchen/diner. Contemporary units, washing machine and everything you need to self cater although there are some many eat out options close by you probably won’t use the kitchen! There is a dining table which fits against the wall, but it is cleverly designed to pull out and extend so if you did want to eat in it’s possible to do so. (see photos)

First floor

On the first floor is one bedroom. This has twin beds and a good quality chair bed from The Futon Company. If you are a family and would prefer a double bed, all the beds can be configured as doubles so just let us know if you would prefer this at the time of booking so we can arrange this with housekeeping. There is a bathroom/loo on this floor which is contemporary and has a walk in rainfall shower and is beautifully tiled. This spacious shower also has a hand held shower. Please note there is no bath in the property.

Second floor

On the second floor there are two bedrooms. Each bedroom follows the same configuration as before with twin zip and link beds and a Futon chair bed. The front bedroom has an additional LCD TV.

  • All utility costs are included.
  • White bed linen and towels for all beds are included as well as for the sofa beds/chair beds.
  • There is WiFi.
  • Parking is metered on the seafront. We recommend you come to Brighton using public transport when possible as parking is at a premium in Brighton and you certainly won’t need a car while you are here. are a many smokers in your group.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the house.
  • There is no outside area so this property
