Perfect for an executive in Brighton for work or a couple, this property is in a prime location in the heart of the North Laines. It’s close to the Theatre Royal, Brighton Dome and a short walk from Brighton train station. The mews property offers a comfortable and contemporary living space and is an ideal alternative to a hotel suite for someone who needs something longer term. There is a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and everything you would expect in a home from home. Simple, neat, contemporary and a location which cannot be beaten.

Just around the corner is the Jubilee Library and numerous restaurants and cafes such as Cote and Carluccio’s..too many to mention! You are literally spoiled for choice as to which café or restaurant to visit. There are excellent independent pubs nearby too and Brighton’s vibrant café culture is on your doorstep once you step outside the private mews development. The entrance to Brighton Pavilion Gardens is just across the road too.


There are not many properties in this quaint cobbled mews and there is a coded secure entrance for the Victorian styled iron gates at the end of the mews lane. The development is quite new but has been styled in keeping with the history of the area. The lane is cobbled and the pretty Victorian styled façade of the properties belies their contemporary interiors.

Once inside your front door there is an entrance hall and then stairs lead up to the open plan, contemporary living space.

Living Area

The kitchen/ living/dining area is all open plan and is ideal for one person or a couple. There is a flat screen tv with dvd and Wi-Fi. There’s a dining table for four, a sofa and carefully chosen accessories create a homely feel. The fully equipped kitchen has a washer dryer, microwave and everything you need to self cater.


The contemporary bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.


The bedroom has a double bed, drawer, hanging rails and occasional chair.

  • There is no parking with this property. The Lanes car park is close by but can be fairly expensive. If you need to bring your car there is cheaper longer term parking available at Brighton train station which is a short walk away. Where possible it is preferable to travel to Brighton by train as parking is at a premium, but if you do need your car please ask us for advice.
  • As with all our properties, smoking is strictly prohibited inside.
  • There is Wi-Fi.
