Pavilion Apartment is a one bedroom lower ground floor self catering apartment in a very central location. It would suit someone who wants a really economical place to stay for work or if you want a short break in Brighton. It is a neat, well furnished apartment but it is on the lower ground floor, hence the amazing price we can offer you for a central apartment. Great location opposite Brighton Pavilion.

There is one bedroom which has quality zip and link beds so it can be arranged as a double or two singles. Please note the photo shows it set as a twin but it can be a king size. There is a sofa bed in the lounge.


Pavilion apartment forms part of a large Regency building opposite Brighton Pavilion and offers our most economical option for someone who needs a pied a terre in Brighton.The apartment is neutrally decorated with green accessories. The apartment is in a perfect location for the theatre, Brighton Dome and the great restaurants, cafes and shops that are in the Laines.

There is a large hallway from which all the rooms lead off.

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner

The lounge/ kitchen/ diner is an open plan room with a lounge area with a sofa bed and an LCD tv. There is a dining table for four and a kitchen which has everything you need to self cater and there is a washing machine. There is wooden flooring. The apartment has WiFi.

The Bedroom

The bedroom has a king size bed but it can also be arranged as a twin. Please specify at the time of booking if you need a twin bed arrangement.

The Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious and has a newly fitted suite with a bath with a shower over it.

There is WiFi.

Please note there are steps down to the apartment entrance so it may not suit those with mobility issues.
