Decorated and furnished to a high standard, this apartment is an ideal place to stay if you are here for work or for a family holiday. The apartment is in a prime location, very close to shops, restaurants and all amenities and the beach is just at the end of the road. Three large bedrooms, three bathrooms, as well as a garage, all make this a highly desirable holiday let for you to enjoy.

​Palmeira Retreat is a top floor three bedroom, three bathroom apartment in a mansion block. Located in a prime location close to Church Road and with central Brighton just a couple of minutes walk away this is a highly desirable address.

The beach is a short walk at the end of the road and there are views of the sea from the roof terrace. An added bonus, and a rarity in Brighton, is a private single garage.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and has three beautifully finished bathrooms and a large kitchen/breakfast room, as well as a large living room with an additional dining area and grand piano.

The property has a calm, slightly colonial feel with wooden floors, cream carpets and neutral colours, all finished to a high standard. This property offers a very comfortable home to enjoy whilst staying in Brighton and Hove.

Entrance

Secure intercom entrance leads to the main hallway of the building. Several flights of stairs lead up to the apartment entrance.

Living room

The living room is bright and spacious and has two sofas, an LCD tv with Freeview and a dining table for six. There is also a grand piano which is usually locked and not for use by guests unless agreed beforehand. White shutters on the window and neutral tones make this a peaceful retreat after a busy day. There is WiFi.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a large bright room with a dining table for four. Fully fitted with all integrated appliances including a dishwasher and washer/drier. The window has incredible views all across the rooftops.

Shower room

On this floor is a beautifully finished shower room and loo. Mosaic tiles and a walk in rainfall shower.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Up a flight of stairs and you come to the three bedrooms. There are two twin rooms and a family bathroom which has a bath with a shower over it.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a very stylish en suite shower room with a large walk in shower with rainfall shower. Patio doors open from the master bedroom onto a decked roof terrace which, whilst not large, offers a good space to sit and watch the sunset. There are side views to the sea in the distance.
