This holiday let is located near Palmeira Square, a short walk to the city centre and with shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants very close by. This apartment would be ideal for an executive who needs somewhere affordable, stylish and practical whilst in Brighton for work or would equally suit a couple or small family.


The apartment has two bedrooms, each has a fixed double bed.

Palmeira Plaza is a contemporary apartment block in a fabulous location close to Palmeira Square. There are views from the balcony across Palmeira Square and the Floral Clock and with side views to the sea which is a short walk away, at the end of the road. The apartment has been built with high quality fittings and offers the very best in contemporary living.


The clean and welcoming entrance has oak doors, plush carpets, modern glass and chrome fittings and a lift up to the apartment which is on the first floor.

The Apartment

Fresh, contemporary and stylish summarise the feel of the apartment. There are oak doors throughout and oak flooring in the living areas. There is plush, neutral carpets in the bedrooms and neutral walls. There is a balcony area accessed from the open plan living area.

The Sitting Room/Diner/Kitchen

A light and spacious living area with beautifully co-ordinated furniture and accessories. There are two sofas, an LCD tv with freeview channels and a dvd player. The dining area has a contemporary dining table for four with glass doors opening onto a balcony. The open plan designer kitchen is by Leicht and has a high gloss finish with quartz worktops. All the integrated appliances are by Neff and there is a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and oven with a top of the range induction hob. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater. A separate utility cupboard houses the washing machine. There is underfloor heating throughout.

The Bedrooms

The Master Bedroom is a spacious room with fitted wardrobes and a beautiful, fully tiled en suite shower room. There is a double bed in this room.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom has very good quality fittings and has a bath with a shower attachment. Again, it is fully tiled and designed to a high spec.

The Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is slightly smaller and has a double bed also.

  • All utility costs are included in the price.
  • If you are staying for a longer period and would like the property cleaned during your stay we can provide this at additional cost.
  • As with all our properties, smoking is prohibited in the apartment but you may smoke on the balcony.
  • There is Wi-fi at the property.

There is no allocated parking with the property but there is metered parking outside. An NCP car park is located approximately a five minute walk away. If you are staying for a longer period and have a car please ask us and we will try to help you find the best solution.
