The entrance hall to the block in itself rivals any luxury hotel. The apartment is very impressive and spacious. Furnished with designer furniture and with a very high end specification, it is both luxurious and comfortable. The location is ideal, the sea is just one block away and independent shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby.


There are two very spacious double bedrooms each with a king size bed. Both rooms can accommodate a travel cot which we can provide.

Truly stunning two bedroom, two bathroom spacious and luxurious apartment. This exclusive development of apartments has both contemporary, high end specification coupled with impressive Regency characteristics such as high ceilings and large windows. The building has been beautifully transformed from the former “Harrods of Hove” into this very exclusive development. It is just a short walk from the bustle of central Brighton but there are many independent shops, cafes, tea rooms and restaurants very close by.


The large lobby entrance of the building is impressive and has white porcelain tiles, movement sensitive lighting and a seating area. There is video phone entry system and a large lift.

Apartment hallway

Once inside the apartment there is a very large hallway with a round table in the centre. All rooms lead from this impressive welcoming space.

Living area

The living area is very spacious and has a large dining table for 8, a designer L- shaped leather sofa, Barcelona chair and other designer armchairs, a large tv and media unit with an impressive LCD tv, all with surround sound for an ipod, stereo system and a dvd player. There is wi-Fi. It is a very impressive room and yet still has a very comfortable and relaxing feel to it. Underfloor heating is throughout the apartment.


The kitchen is large and fully equipped with high specification appliances. As you would expect there is a washer/drier, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is an additional dining breakfast bar.

Master bedroom

The Master bedroom is spacious and beautifully furnished. There is a king size bed, LCD tv with surround sound and a dvd player.

Master Bedroom Ensuite

The Master bedroom has an impressive en suite bathroom.

Second bedroom

The second bedroom is again a spacious room with a king size bed and luxurious furnishings.

Family bathroom

The family bathroom is a large room with a bath and walk in shower.

  • There is no allocated parking but there is metered parking outside and an NCP car park a five minute walk away. If you are staying for a longer period and have a car please ask us for advice.
