This is a spacious and attractive two bedroom apartment in Hove with a stunning kitchen/lounge opening onto a beautiful small garden. The apartment is tucked away in a quiet street but the apartment is still not far from café culture, shops and restaurants. This is a very homely apartment is perfect for a longer term executive let. The apartment is all on one level. There are high ceilings and a feature fireplace and it has a Tardis like feel to it!

The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom can be arranged as a double or a twin.
This home has been decorated in neutral tones and is furnished stylishly with high quality furniture, lamps and accessories, making a very comfortable home from home. Rooms lead off from the original Victorian tiled hallway which then takes you through to a stunning social area with bi-fold doors onto a little oasis garden!
The Bedrooms
There are two very spacious bedrooms both with king size beds, wardrobes and drawers. There is enough room in either bedroom for a travel cot or small z bed for a child if you have an infant you want to sleep in the same room as you.
There is also a third bedroom which is ideal as a study. For very occasional use it can also be an additional bedroom.
The Kitchen/ Lounge /Diner
The kitchen/lounge/diner is at the back of the apartment. The kitchen has good quality units and has a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. There is a washing machine. The dining table seats four and there is a lounge area with a wall mounted LCD tv and dvd player. The television has Freeview channels.
Bi-fold doors open out onto a little garden area which creates another al fresco room. Please note there is a small pond in the garden so young children would require supervision.
Bathroom
There is a contemporary bathroom with a bath with a shower over it.
All gas and electricity costs are included.
Pets are not accepted at this property.

As with all our properties, this is strictly a no smoking property. You may of course smoke in the garden.
