Central executive holiday apartment

Perfect for an executive here for work or a couple for a holiday. This is a neat one bedroom holiday apartment in the heart of town and with the beach just at the end of the road. The apartment comes fully equipped with everything you need and the owner has taken care to create a stylish and comfortable home from home. Shops, restaurants and cafes are just at the top of the road and if you fancy an evening stroll the beach is just a few hundred metres away!


The bedroom has a double bed.

Beautifully furnished with a lovely cream leather corner sofa which is perfect for relaxing! The apartment is part of a Regency house conversion and is on the raised ground floor. The apartment is in a central and cosmopolitan area, perfect for shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. It is close to the West Pier and is not a far from the Brighton Centre. Hove Lawns and Kings Road Arches are nearby too and offer a variety of pursuits and entertainment for all tastes.


The apartment entrance is approached via a few steep steps. It is on the raised ground floor so once inside the apartment is all on one level with the exception of a couple of steps down to the bedroom.

Lounge/ Kitchen/Diner

There is one main living area which is spacious and well decorated offering a comfortable home from home. The kitchen is a contemporary open plan style and has a washing machine, microwave and everything you need to self cater. There is a unusual designer dining table. The living area is very comfortable and has a lovely large corner sofa which offers a great place to sit back and watch tv or a DVD. There is a DVD player, 32” LCD tv offering BT Vision and Freeview, an iPod dock and WiFi. There is a telephone for incoming calls only. An acoustic guitar and mandolin adorn a feature wall in place of conventional pictures. (Please note these are for decorative purposes only!)

The Bathroom

The bathroom is very spacious and has a bath with a shower over it.

The Bedroom

At the back of the property is the bedroom. Approached along a little corridor and down a couple of steps, the bedroom is a quiet room with a leather sleigh bed and quality mirrored wardrobes.

Please note there is no outside area so it may not suit a smoker. Smoking is only permitted outside the main front door.

  • White bed linen and towels are provided.
  • All utility bills are included.
  • There is no allocated parking but parking is by meter on the seafront or nearby roads. If you are here for a very long period of time and have a car please ask and we may be able to rent a space for you. Please note this is not guaranteed and we would have to discuss this at the time of booking.
  • If you would like a cleaner during your stay we can arrange this at additional cost.
  • There is WiFi at the property.
  • As with all our properties, smoking is not permitted inside the property.

This was the second time we’ve used Brighton Holiday Homes for our trip to Brighton and I’m certain we’ll be using you many more times in the future. The staff were so helpful and courteous, leaving us to enjoy our holiday knowing they’re always at the end of the telephone in the unlikely event a problem should arrive, above all the homes are absolutely spotless, comfortable and worth every penny. Thank you for making our holidays comfortable and memorable.
