Pretty holiday cottage in central Brighton

A holiday cottage in the heart of Brighton’s famous North Laines; close to cafes, restaurants and hundreds of independent shops. Located in a very highly regarded area, within easy walking distance from Brighton train station, this holiday cottage is ideal for a family get away or for an executive here for work. The two bedroom cottage has been decorated and furnished to a high standard and has everything you would expect in a very comfortable holiday home.


There are two bedrooms. All the beds are high quality orthopaedic zip and link beds so they can be singles or king size beds. One has a king size bed but can also be configured as a twin room if required. The second bedroom is a twin room but it can be a king size bed if required. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like the beds configured differently.

Located in a highly regarded road in the centre of Brighton in the North Laines. This is a pretty two bedroom cottage which has been refurbished and furnished to a high standard, making it an excellent choice for a family or an executive staying in Brighton. The location couldn’t be more ideal with fabulous cafes, restaurants and shops in neighbouring roads and with the train station just a short walk away it’s perfect if you fancy a day out in London too!


A small porch leads from the front door where you can store coats and shoes. A door leads into the the very spcaious and airy reception room. The lounge area has two excellent quality leather sofas and a wall mounted LCD tv with Freeview. There is Wi-Fi and a dvd player too. Books, games and dvds are there for your enjoyment also. At the far end of the reception room is the dining area with a modern oak dining table for four. Patio doors lead out to a small outside courtyard.


The kitchen is a good size and has contemporary units and a window and door to the patio. It has everything you need to self cater and has an electric induction cooker, washing machine, full size fridge/freezer and microwave.


On the first floor the bathroom is very large and beautifully finished with a large walk in shower and separate tub bath.


Both bedrooms are a good size. The Master bedroom at the front of the property has large built in mirror wardrobes and a comfortable king size bed. (It can also be configured as a twin if you prefer.) There is an additional small LCD tv in this room. Perfect for early morning CBeebies if you have little ones!

The second bedroom is configured as a twin and has a wardrobe. It can set up as a king if you prefer.

Both bedrooms have room for a travel cot and we can provide one if required. Please arrange this at the time of booking. (Please note we do not provide bed linen for travel cots. A high chair can also be provided but again, needs to be reserved at the time of booking to ensure one is allocated for you.)

  • All white bed linen and towels are provided.
  • All utility costs are included.
  • There is Wi-Fi.
  • There is no parking at the property as it is a resident permit only. Parking is in nearby carparks and we can advise you on this. The property is very close to the train station and is in the heart of the city so a car is not necessary during your stay.
  • As with all our properties smoking is strictly prohibited inside. There is a patio at the back where you can smoke outside.
  • Travel cots and high chairs can be provided with prior arrangement.
