Eco town house in central location
This is an Eco town house in an award winning central location. With designer wallpaper and Paula Rosa fitted kitchen, the house is a very comfortable home from home. Spanning four floors with three bathrooms and an additional cloakroom this is a perfect choice for a group of friends or a family. It is a close walk to the Lanes which is a fantastic area for shopping with 350 independent retailers. There are also lots of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance!

There are four bedrooms and a large open plan area on the top floor which is used as the fifth bedroom. Bedroom 1, bedroom 2 and bedroom4 each have twin beds but they can also be a doubles. Bedroom three has twin beds and bunk beds but it can also be a double room with bunk beds. The top floor has three z beds. There are three sofa beds in the lounge; each sofa bed comfortably sleeps 1 person.
Contemporary and stylish and designed to be a very comfortable home from home. Good to know is that there is a Sainsbury’s just nearby..perfect for dinner party shopping or popping out for Sunday morning croissants.
Entrance
Through the entrance there is a convenient cloakroom on the ground floor.
Kitchen
The Paula Rosa kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and everything you need to self cater.
Lounge/Diner
The lounge dining room has designer wallpaper and some designer furniture pieces to make it a stunning and contemporary room. There is a 50inch plasma tv with Freeview channels and a dvd player. There are a selection of books for you to enjoy during your stay also and we have also put in some board games to keep you busy after dinner! Three sofa beds which convert into small double beds sleep one adult comfortably on each. There is a huge oak dining table with ten cream leather dining chairs.
There is a large cupboard for storing all the bedding for the sofa beds and also for coats and shoes.
First Floor
On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The master has an ensuite shower room with a double width walk in shower. The room can be made up as a double or a twin room and, as with all the beds, they have quality orthopaedic mattresses. The master bedroom has a balcony to the front of the property and is where smokers can smoke if necessary. The rest of the house, as with all our properties, is non smoking.
The second bedroom on this floor is a small twin room.
There is a spacious family bathroom on the first floor that has a bath with a shower over it.
Second floor
On the second floor there are two more bedrooms. One with an ensuite bathroom… the same as the master bedroom on the first floor. This also has a balcony area where guests may smoke if they want to. The second bedroom on this floor is more spacious and has twin beds and an adult set of quality bunk beds.
Top Floor
The top floor of the property is a large open plan area where three z beds can accommodate another three guests.
- Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
- Please make sure when you book that you specify at the time of booking how many guest are coming so we can make up the correct number of beds and leave all the spare bedding for sofa beds etc. Please note the midweek deals do not apply to large groups.* All gas and electricity costs are included.
- There is broadband.
- Parking is at a nearby NCP car park.
- A dog may be accepted by prior arrangement. Please ask at the time of booking. Sorry no cats.
