Penthouse with amazing sea views!

If you want fabulous views then this self catering apartment is the one! With three bedrooms, three bathrooms and three balconies overlooking the yachts of Brighton Marina, this penthouse apartment offers the perfect place to chill out and relax in a tranquil setting. Neptune Court offers a very high standard of comfortable living and would suit a family or small group of discerning friends. With allocated parking too, this property offers the best in self catering accommodation and a perfect place for a holiday.


There are two double rooms and a twin room. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom.

When choosing properties we always ask the question, “Would we like to stay here ourselves?” This was one where I didn’t want to leave! A real home from home with great views across the Marina, with balconies where you can sit and watch the birds and enjoy the fresh sea air. The Marina is very tranquil and offers the perfect holiday spot with little car noise and yet you are still very close to the centre of town, with excellent public transport links on your doorstep. Further along the Marina there are numerous restaurants where you can enjoy al fresco meals in the summer, cafes and shops. Any time of year, this apartment offers a fabulous break from it all and yet the bustle of central Brighton is close too!

h4. The Apartment

The duplex apartment is on the second floor and has two floors within the apartment itself. (Please note it may no suit those with mobility problems as there is no lift.) Decorated in neutral colours, with beautiful curtains and accessories and quality furnishings. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom; each has its’ own contemporary bathroom.

h4. The First Floor

On the first floor is the kitchen, dining room, a double room with ensuite shower room, a twin room with ensuite shower room which is accessible from the hallway also with Jack and Jill doors. The hallway is spacious and has stairs leading up to the first floor of the apartment.

h4. The Kitchen

The kitchen is quite spacious and has a small table with two chairs; perfect for sitting and chatting whilst your partner cooks! There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freeezer and everything you need to self cater.

h4. Dining Room

The adjacent dining room has a beautiful solid oak table for six and a matching sideboard. There are patio doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the sea. The perfect spot for a an elegant dinner party.

h4. Bedroom 1

The double bedroom has a fixed double bed, built in wardrobes and a beautifully styled, contemporary ensuite shower room.

h4. Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is a twin room and has a jack and jill door system leading to an ensuite shower room, so there is access to this bathroom from the hallway also. This again is a beautifully styled contemporary bathroom with a walk in shower.

h4. The Second Floor

The second floor of the apartment has a very spacious sitting room and the Master Bedroom suite.

h4. The Sitting Room

The sitting room is very spacious and has two very comfortable quality sofas and two additional cube chairs. There is light oak furniture and beautifully co-ordinated curtains and soft furnishings. There are two sets of patio doors that lead to a wrap around terrace with breathtaking views of the Marina. A perfect place to sit out on the balcony with a drink whilst enjoying the southern sun! There is a large LCD tv with satellite channels and a telephone for incoming calls. There is Wi-fi.

h4. The Master Bedroom

The Master bedroom suite has a king size bed and built in wardrobes. Patio doors lead to the balcony overlooking the yachts of the Marina. There is a spacious and beautifully co-ordinated ensuite bathroom with a bath.

* All utility costs are included.
* There is a garage for one car. Please note large vehicles will not fit in the garage, it would fit a VW Golf or smaller. Parking for other cars is metered in streets outside of Brighton Marina. If you do not require additional cars for the duration of your stay please ask and we can tell you where you can park for free in streets much further away. There are car parks at the Marina which are presently free, where you can park for several hours.
* There is Wi-fi at the property and a telephone for incoming calls only.
* If you require a travel cot and high chair, please ask. bedding is not provided for travel cots.
* Please note there is no lift to the apartment and there are stairs up to the second floor apartment and within the apartment itself.
