This is a very practical choice as it is close to restaurants, coffee shops, a supermarket and all the entertainment the marina has to offer. The apartment has a free parking space for one car.

It is a very spacious open plan apartment on the ground floor and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is the bonus of a fairly spacious and long outside terrace which has a pretty arbour seating area and an additional outside dining area for four. There is also parking for one car.

Brighton Marina is an excellent choice for a holiday let because everything you need is right there; it’s so practical. There are great restaurants and coffee shops, a multiplex cinema, bowling, casino as well as a supermarket.

The apartment has been refurbished with contemporary bathrooms with underfloor heating in one and also a stylish and contemporary kitchen. Quality laminate flooring in limed oak is throughout the apartment.

Entrance

There is security entry phone entrance to the block and the apartment is on the ground floor. Neptune apartment is the first block of apartments as you enter the residential section of the marina.

Living area/ kitchen/dining

The apartment is open plan and spacious. As you enter through the front door there is a handy desk area and then you are through to the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and has a dishwasher and washer/drier.

There is a dining table for four.

The living area has a large and comfortable leather sofa and a leather armchair. There is a large LCD Smart tv and WiFi. Patio doors lead out to a terrace which runs the full width of the property. The terrace is an ideal place if you are a smoker. There is an arbour with a table and an additional outside dining table for four.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The second bedroom has king size bed and doors out the the terrace.

The master bedroom has a super king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath with a shower over it. There is underfloor heating.

The shower room is accessed from the hall and has a walk in shower and loo.

  • White bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
  • All utility costs are included.
  • Pets are not permitted at this property.
