The location couldn’t be better; in the heart of Brighton but in a very highly regarded conservation area with pretty streets lined with Regency houses. Quirky and stylish, yet with a great home from home feel to it!

Description

There are three bedrooms upstairs,each with a double bed. One of these has a four poster bed plus two additional single mattresses to use on the floor. (These are described as cube beds in the above bed description, but they are actually mattresses.) There is a fourth basement bedroom which has a double bed. On the ground floor the lounge has a footstool which is a single bed. There is an additional basement living room where there are two single folding beds. There is a sofa bed in the main living room.


This is a very attractive Regency house in a conservation area of Brighton. It is close to the town centre and not far from the beach either, so it makes a great choice for a family holiday or for a small group of friends.

The owner is very creative and has styled this fascinating property with interesting and funky art work on the walls and great accessories throughout. There is a lot of space with a long open plan lounge diner. This property is Tardis-like!

A maximum of eight people are permitted to stay in this property. Extra beds are provided so you can make room configurations work more easily for your group, please let us know at time of booking if you will use extra beds if you don’t want to share doubles.

Lower Ground Floor

On the lower ground floor is an apartment which is accessed internally from the house. It’s ideal if you have extended family as part of your group as they can have more privacy. There is a lounge which also has two folding beds, a double bedroom and a separate kitchen and shower room.

Ground Floor

The hallway is bright and colourful with art on the walls and all up the stairs. The lounge/diner leads off to the right and the kitchen is straight ahead. The dining area has a dining table for twelve and a lounge area with a corner sofa which is also a sofa bed. There is a large LCD TV, DVD player and i-pod dock. There is WiFi at the property.

The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to self cater. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. There are doors to an unusual enclosed balcony.

First Floor

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate loo next to it. Each bedroom has a double bed. The front bedroom is very big and has a four poster bed. There are two additional mattresses in the cupboard which mean four people can sleep in this room. The bathroom is very pretty and has a Victorian claw foot bath with a shower attachment. There is a pretty Victorian fireplace and doors to another little balcony.

Second Floor

The top floor of the house has a pretty attic bedroom with a contemporary double ended bath in the bedroom and a Victorian fireplace. Next to this is a tiny room which is a great place to store luggage or for a small baby’s room. There is a travel cot and high chair.

  • There is no parking with this property. Parking is by meter or at an NCP car park in Regency Square.
  • There is broadband at this property.
  • As with all our properties there is no smoking allowed within the property.
  • The property is within a residential area so noise must be kept to a minimum outside after 9.30 pm.
  • All utility costs are included.
