Montpelier Apartment is in a premier conservation area right in the heart of central Brighton. In an attractive road of white Regency Italianate villas, the apartment is beautifully styled and furnished to a very high standard. Montpelier Apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is perfect for a holiday in Brighton or for a discerning executive who needs a short term let.

There are two bedrooms. Each has a king size bed.


The Montpelier area of Brighton is extremely attractive and one of the most prestigious addresses in Brighton. The large villas were built in the mid nineteenth century in an Italianate style.

Montpelier Apartment is on the lower ground floor of one of these beautiful Regency villas. It has it’s own entrance which is down a few steps. The spacious apartment has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The interior design is very tasteful and offers excellent quality throughout.

The location of the property is ideal as it is in a highly regarded conservation area and yet right in the heart of Brighton. The main shopping area is just around the corner, along with many restaurants and cafes and there is a large Waitrose very nearby. The beach is just a short walk away too.

Entrance

The entrance to the apartment is down a few steps as it is on the lower ground floor of a large Regency villa. There is a small lawned area to the front.

Master bedroom

All the rooms in the apartment flow from the main hallway. The master bedroom is at the front of the apartment and has a very high standard of furnishings. Original Regency features include an elegant non working fireplace, high ceilings and large sash windows. It is beautifully styled with co-ordinated accessories. The bed is a comfortable king size. The en suite bathroom has a walk in shower. The suite is contemporary and the bathroom is fully tiled.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a small galley style kitchen but has everything you need to self cater. With cafes, restaurants and everything so close at hand, cooking may not even be required however! There is a superb American style washing machine and separate large tumble dryer at the back of the property in a utility area.

Living room

The living room is at the back of the property and has its aspect over the private courtyard patio. There is a Smart tv and the room is very comfortably furnished with a high quality L-shaped leather sofa. The accessories and styling create a fabulous home from home and the perfect place to relax. A large sash window and a non working fireplace again add to the elegance.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is at the back of the property and a door leads from this room to the courtyard patio garden. The room is once again furnished to a high standard and has a king size bed. The en suite bathroom is a spacious room and has a P-shaped bath with a shower over it. The fixtures and fittings are a high quality. There is a separate loo accessed from the bathroom.

Utility area

The utility area has a superb American washing machine and American dryer. Please note there is no dishwasher.

  • There is no allocated parking with this property but there are car parks not far away in Regency Square. You will not need a car whilst you are here as everything is very close by. Please ask us for advice.

  • The property is in Montpelier Road, close to the very well regarded Buddies café...perfect for breakfast!
