Pretty house in the heart of Brighton
Right in the very centre of Brighton just off Brighton seafront, this is the perfect choice for a group of friends who want to enjoy all that Brighton has to offer. There are fashionable restaurants and coffee shops literally all around and little boutiques and quirky independent shops just at the end of the road. This is a great home from home to enjoy for a short break. The house has a seaside cottage feel to it and has four bedrooms and a spacious lounge.

Three bedrooms have twin beds that can also be arranged as doubles. The fourth bedroom has a double sofa bed. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. Please note both sofa beds sleep two people but they are small doubles.
Decorated in neutral tones this is a comfortable home from home. The house can accommodate seven people comfortably and up to nine if you use the sofa bed in the lounge. It is an ideal choice for a smaller group of friends or a family that wants to be in the heart of Brighton! The Brighton Centre is close too, so it would be perfect for a group coming to a conference. Four bedrooms, one modern bathroom, spacious lounge with a separate small dining area, contemporary kitchen and little outside patio area. Please note the stairs at this property are open riser and also it is open to the side so it may not be suitable for small children or those who find stairs difficult.
The Lounge/ Diner
The lounge is a spacious room with a very large corner sofa perfect for a night in watching a dvd. There is a sofa bed under the stairs so an additional two can sleep there. There is an LCD tv with freeview channels and a dvd player.
Patio
The conservatory goes out to a small secure patio area making it a practical choice if you have any smokers in your group.
Kitchen
The neat kitchen has newly fitted units and has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater.
Bathroom
The family bathroom is at the top of the stairs and is a spacious room with contemporary fittings and a bath with a shower over it. Please note access is through the third bedroom.
The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is at the front of the property. It has very good quality orthopaedic zip and link beds so it can be arranged with a king sized bed or as a twin room. There is enough room for an additional z-bed, please inform us at the time of booking if you require this.
The Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is a small room and has a small double sofa bed. Please note the bathroom is accessed through this room.
The Third Bedroom
Up another flight of stairs is the third bedroom at the back of the house. It has twin beds.
The Fourth Bedroom
The fourth bedroom is also at the top of the house at the front and is a pretty room with twin beds.
- White bedlinen and towels are provided. If you are staying longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you at additional cost.
- Parking is at a nearby NCP car park.
- All gas and electricity costs are included.
- There is broadband at the property.
- Please not the stairs are open risers and may not be suitable for young children. Please note the bathroom is accessed via the fourth bedroom.
- Smoking is not permitted at the property but you may smoke on the patio.
- A dog may be accepted at this property; please ask at the time of booking. Sorry no cats.
