Neat, comfortable apartment with free parking

​Merton Court 2 is a very comfortable two bedroom Brighton Marina apartment. In a great location with the added benefit of a free designated parking space. Brighton Marina is an ideal place for a holiday or for an executive here for a longer term. There are restaurants and family entertainment within walking distance and a superstore very close by too, making it a very practical choice. A great home from home.

Description

​There are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a large king size bed and bedroom 2 has two singles.


​Merton Court 2 is an attractive and comfortable holiday home for a family or for an executive who needs somewhere longer term while they are here for work. Located on Brighton Marina which is a really practical choice as there are restaurants all around and a cinema, bowling and casino too. There is also a large superstore so food shopping couldn’t be easier. The marina is still not far from central Brighton but it’s a lot easier for parking and it’s away from the hustle and bustle of central Brighton.

The apartments on the Marina are very secure and set back from the restaurants in their own residential area which has a barrier entrance and 24 hour security on site. The Marina residential area is attractive and well cared for. There is a free allocated parking space for your car.

The apartment itself is furnished to a very good standard, decorated to a high standard and has a new contemporary kitchen. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a spacious living room/ diner. The apartment has a balcony with views of the inner lagoon.

Entrance

There is secure entry phone entrance to the main door and the apartment is on the second floor. Please note there is no lift. In the hallway of the apartment there are two cupboards and all the doors to the other rooms lead off from here.

Kitchen

The kitchen has a range of contemporary units and has everything you need to self cater including a dishwasher and washing machine. It is fully equipped as a home from home.

Living room

The living room is a spacious room and has two comfortable leather sofas and a dining table for four. There is a large LCD tv with Freeview, a DVD player and there is WiFi. There are patio doors which lead out to a small balcony which has views of the inner lagoon marina.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and fitted wardrobe units. There is a contemporary shower room en suite. The second bedroom has twin beds which are zip and link so it can also be a king size bed. There is a door to the family bathroom from this room. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment. The bathroom has Jack and Jill doors so it can also be accessed from the hall.

Please note the shower room en suite does not have a loo, there is only a shower and basin.

White bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.

All electricity and gas costs are included.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment itself but you may smoke on the balcony.

There is an allocated parking space for one car outside the apartment block.

Please note there are stairs to access the apartment which is on the second floor. There is no lift so it might not suit people with mobility issues or very young children.

There is WiFi.
