Marine View is a one bedroom apartment in a highly regarded seafront block. It is located on the second floor, in a prime location on the seafront not too far from the Palace Pier. The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a beautiful wooden kitchen and bathroom and wooden flooring throughout.
Shops and supermarkets are nearby in St James’ Street, making it a practical choice.
Both the living room and bedroom windows are south facing and give a beautiful picture like view of the sea and sky.

The main room to the front of the apartment is an open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area. Large windows give beautiful direct views of the sea. There is a contemporary new kitchen which has a washing machine and everything you need to self cater.
There is a dining table that can seat two or four, and an L-shaped sofa that can also double as a sofa bed, as well as an LCD TV. There is WiFi.
The bedroom also has views to the sea. There is a king size bed which is hotel standard zip and link so the room can be configured as a twin if required. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require a twin. The room has a wardrobe and is bright and white.
