Seafront apartment with amazing view
This has to be the best sea view in Brighton! The apartment is just across the road from the beach in the fashionable and highly regarded Kemp town area and is on the first floor of a Regency seafront building. Huge floor to ceiling windows offer views right across the Channel. Kemp Town is not far from the bustling town centre and has coffee shops, tea rooms, delis and gatsro pubs..the Notting Hill of Brighton! This apartment would be perfect for an executive here for work.

There is a double bed in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the lounge. The property is for two people but it can accommodate four with prior arrangement.
A great area of Brighton with everything on your doorstep. Just around the corner there are an array of fantastic coffee shops, delis, funky bric a brac and retro furniture stores, independent gift shops, gastro pubs. It really is the best area of Brighton in my opinion! Kemp Town has a village feel and this apartment is the ideal way to really enjoy living as a Brighton resident. A fifteen minute walk along the seafront takes you into the bustle of the town. This apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom and a huge main reception room that includes the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The views to the sea span the three huge windows and fill the room with light. This would be a great apartment for someone who needs to stay in Brighton for work, but it could equally suit a couple here for a holiday.
Entrance Hall
The first floor apartment is in an impressive Regency building. There are some steps to the main front door which has intercom entry. There are then stairs to the entrance of the first floor apartment.
The Main Reception Room
This huge room has an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. There are windows over three metres long which offer amazing sea views. The kitchen area is compact and offers everything you need to self cater with electric cooker, microwave, mini dishwasher etc. There is a washing machine outside the apartment in a separate locked utility cupboard that belongs to the apartment. This is up another flight of stairs. It is good because it means the noise of the washing machine does not create a disturbance if you are having a relaxing evening! There is a large dining table that seats four which is a great place to spread out all your paperwork if you are here for work. There are two comfortable sofas; one of which is a sofa bed for occasional use. There is a tv with Freeview channels and a dvd player. Internet access will be coming shortly; the owner has booked it so I will soon be able to update this! This is a comfortable rooom really made attractive by the stunning view.
The Bathroom
The bathrrom has a bath with a shower of it and is decorated in a contemporary style.
The Bedroom
The bedroom simply has a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and is located at the back of the building.
Storage/Utility
Outside the apartment in the hallway there are two lockable cupboards. One offering a handy space for coats and the other at the top of the stairs houses the washing machine and it is also a good place to keep luggage out of the way. These cupboards do, of course, belong solely to the apartment!
White bed linen and towels are all provided.
If you are staying for a longer period we can arrange for the apartment to be cleaned for you regulalrly throughout you stay at additional cost.
All utility bills are included.
If you require bedding and bedlinen for the sofa bed you will need to inform us so we can arrange that for you.
There is no parking at the apartment but there is metered parking just opposite. If you are here for a long period and require a parking space please talk to us and we will see if we can help.
As with all our properties there is no smoking in the apartment itself. You may smoke just a little outside on the balcony at the front of the apartment. It is possible to sit out on the balcony but we would recommend guests do not do this as the railings are a little bit low and cannot be changed because it is a listed building. By booking with us guests accept that if they sit on the balcony they do so at their own risk.
There is no internet access at present.
