With oblique sea views the apartment has one bedroom, that can be arranged as a double or a twin, and a high quality sofa bed that can sleep additional guests in the lounge. The apartment is all on one level on the raised ground floor of a large converted house. It is in a large and attractive square which has a pretty communal private residents’ garden in the centre where you can sit on one of the benches and enjoy the sunset and the amazing view of the flocks of starlings as they prepare to settle for the night on Brighton Pier.
Decorated and furnished to a high standard the property has a lounge/diner, a kitchen, a double bedroom, bathroom and additional cloakroom. With new carpets and neutral décor the apartment has a lovely fresh feel to it and has been carefully furnished with quality furniture and accessories to create a beautiful home from home.
