It is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment right on the seafront with uninterrupted sea views from the first floor full width balcony. The interior has been sympathetically restored and refurbished to a very high standard with designer bathrooms and a contemporary designer kitchen.

Ideal for an executive here for work, the dining table next to the window would make an excellent work space.

Integrated lighting and funky design features give the property a real wow factor. The property feels like a house as stairs lead from the ground floor sleeping quarters upstairs to the kitchen and large living room.

The location is ideal as just along the side road you are in the trendy Kemp Town village area with delis, coffee shops, an independent award winning butcher, bakery, grocer, restaurants and trendy antique shops. This is a sought after area and makes life very easy for a stay in this apartment.

Entrance

Intercom security entrance leads from the front door. The apartment entrance is on the ground floor.

Bedrooms

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. The Master bedroom at the front is very spacious and has a double bed, built in wardrobes with mirror doors. The second bedroom at the back is more narrow but has a double bed and built in storage units. The storage units also house the washing machine and has a vanity unit.

Bathrooms

On the ground floor next to the Master bedroom and also accessed from the hallway is a large and beautiful bathroom. No expense was spared with this beautiful bath to create a gorgeous place to relax and unwind. There is a period fireplace and the sanitary ware is in keeping with the period of the property.

On the first floor is a shower room/dressing room. Exposed brick and a designer walk in rainfall shower make this a stunning room. At one end is a dressing table and chair.

Kitchen
