Spacious and stylish apartment with a premier address

A very stylish one bedroom self catering apartment in one of Brighton’s premier addresses. This would be ideal for a couple for a week away or an executive here for work. Close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants this is an ideal home from home. On the raised ground floor the apartment has high ceilings giving a sense of light and space and is beautifully decorated with designer wallpapers and soft furnishings.

Lansdowne 1 is a beautifully furnished one bedroom apartment with oak flooring and a contemporary kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a large dining table perfect for elegant dining or if you need a place to for paperwork!

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner

The open plan dual aspect lounge/kitchen/diner creates a great sense of space and light. The apartment has real oak flooring throughout and has been decorated with attention to detail using Cole and Son designer wallpapers. There are quality sofas and furnishings making this a very comfortable room to relax and watch tv or read a book. There is a cd player and LCD tv with freeview channels and dvd player. There is Wi-Fi broadband.

The kitchen is beautifully finished and has everything you need to self cater with the bonus of a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a dining table for four making it a very sociable place to cook and chat.

The Bathroom

The bathroom is very stylish with a sunken bath and a separate walk in shower cubicle.

The Bedroom

The bedroom is at the back of the property and has designer wallpaper and a double bed. There are fitted wardrobes and retro style furniture. A door leads to the pretty little patio garden which is fully enclosed.

There is no smoking in this property but you may smoke outside on the patio.

  • Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
  • All gas/electricity and utility costs are included in your rental cost.
  • A small well behaved dog may be accepted by arrangement; please ask at the time of booking. Sorry we do not accept cats.
  • As with most of our properties there is no allocated parking available. Parking is by meter on the seafront for 24 hours or at an NCP car park a 10 minute walk away.
  • There is broadband.
