In the heart of the city

Contemporary and open plan, this modern, two bedroom, two bathroom self catering apartment in the heart of Brighton’s North Laines is close to the new Jubilee Library, the Pavillion and many restaurants, coffee shops and independent shops. This is an ideal location for someone who wants to be in the heart of the city centre, also being close to the Theatre Royal and Brighton Dome. Perfect for contractors working in Brighton short term, this apartment is also not far from Brighton station.


There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. One has it’s own ensuite bathroom.

The apartment is on the second floor of a modern block with a secure entry phone entrance. Please note there is no lift.


Once inside the apartment there is a spacious hallway from which there are doors to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. At the far end of the hall is the open plan lounge/kitchen.

The Bedrooms

The bedrooms are both doubles and have double beds. There is enough room in the master bedroom for a travel cot. Please ask if you require one. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which has a walk in shower.

The Bathroom

The main bathroom is on the other side of the hall and is a very spacious room with a bath with a shower attachment.

The Lounge/ Kitchen

The kitchen and lounge is a fairly large open plan room. There is a desk in the far corner which is the perfect place for working or for surfing the internet. There is also a small balcony with double doors which overlooks the back of the building; not a great view but ideal if you need somewhere to smoke. As with all our properties smoking is not permitted within the apartment itself. The kitchen is contemporary and has everything you need to self cater. There isn’t a dining table but two bar stools offer a breakfast bar. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has very comfortable leather sofas to relax at the end of a hard day and a LCD tv and DVD built in to the wall. There is a Sky package at the apartment so there are lots of channels to enjoy. This is a comfortable room with a spacious feel. Grey sumptuous carpet and a neutral colour scheme with splashes of red accessories create a perfect home from home.
