Very stylish seafront apartment with secure parking

A self catering apartment that ticks all the boxes and more! Very stylishly furnished, on the seafront, with a sea view from the front terrace. It also has the valuable bonus of a secure underground parking space for one car. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious and furnished to a very high standard. Beautiful quality and perfect location. This would be the ideal choice for those on holiday or ideal for a longer term executive let.


Each bedroom has high quality orthopaedic zip and link beds so both can be twin rooms or configured with king size beds. Usually both are set up as double rooms, but please inform us at the time of booking if you would like housekeeping to change them to twins.

The apartment is on the raised ground floor of an apartment block on the seafront. This home has been decorated in contemporary neutral tones and is furnished very stylishly with high quality furniture, lamps and accessories, making a very comfortable home from home.

The very well maintained apartment block also has its own restaurant! The Bali Brasserie has a fantastic retro feel to it too. It’s so easy you can have a meal or a quiet drink without even leaving the building! Perfect for unwinding after a hard day at work or if you’re here for a course. The beach is literally just across the road and everything is accessible. What makes it even more appealing is that it is in a very well maintained block. The apartment block has a porter and he also collects your rubbish and recycling every day!

Apart from the bedrooms the apartment has real wood flooring. There are two double bedrooms both with king size beds but each can be configured as a twin room if required. There are two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.

Although there are a few steps into the apartment block once inside it is all on one level so it may suit those with mobility issues.

The Lounge

The lounge is very bright and has patio doors and large windows onto a terrace area which has patio furniture for you to sit out and relax. The furnishings are of an excellent quality with a large L-shaped sofa from The Sofa Workshop and there is an Ercol style dining table with six chairs from Made. The whole apartment has been beautifully styled and furnished in a contemporary, retro style and wouldn’t look out of place in an interiors magazine. Many pieces of furniture and artwork are from new designers and the owner has taken great care to source really beautiful pieces that blend together well.

There is wireless broadband a wall mounted LCD tv with freeview and dvd player.

The Kitchen

The kitchen has good quality units, an American fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker with halogen hob, washer/dryer and is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. All the appliances are excellent quality made by Neff.

The Master Bedroom

The Master bedroom is beautifully furnished and accessorised and has a very comfortable king size bed and has built in wardrobes. There is an ensuite bathroom with a bath with a shower over it. It can also be a twin room if requested.

The Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is another stylish room and has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. Again, this could be a twin room if required.


There is a contemporary shower room and loo opposite the second bedroom. Beautifully styled with quality tiles and a walk in shower.
