Central budget studio

Kings Road Studio is a central studio apartment offering a budget and economical choice for someone here for work or for a couple. This is the cheapest apartment we offer and although simple in furnishings and decor it offers everything practical at a very affordable price. The main entrance is on Brighton’s King’s Road so it is close to the Brighton Conference Centre, the South Lanes and the shopping district whilst being opposite the beach. A practical choice for someone on a tight budget.

Description

There is one double bed.

Kings Road Studio Apartment is in a great location. The main entrance to the building is right on the seafront and it’s close to The Brighton Centre; ideal if you are here for a conference. Just around the corner is the South Lanes with a huge choice of restaurants, coffee shops and bars as well as excellent shops.

The studio is a budget option, but it offers everything you need and is a great choice if you need something economical. To be perfectly blunt, it doesn’t have the frills and the designer decor of many of our apartments but it still has a homely feel and is comfortable. If you need somewhere to stay in central Brighton that is probably the best value in the town and offering a pied a terre, then this is the perfect option.

There is WiFi.

Entrance

The main entrance to the building has a secure intercom entry phone. Up a couple of flights of stairs and then you reach the studio’s entrance.

Living/Sleeping/Kitchen

The living area is fairly spacious for a studio and has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers and a tv. Just next to it is a desk/ small dining table which is a good workspace if required. The room is white with several windows and overlooks the back of Hotel du Vin. (please see note in additional information)

The kitchen is basic but functional and has a cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a door from the kitchen to the outside fire escape which when open makes it feel more airy and spacious in the studio.

Bathroom

A door separates the living area from the hallway and in the hallway of the studio is the door to the shower room. Again, no designer frills but a fairly new and functional shower.

  • All white bedlinen and towels are provided.
  • All utility costs are included.
  • There is WiFi.
  • A maximum of two people are allowed to stay in the apartment.
  • Please note the studio overlooks the back of Hotel du Vin but the outside area is closed after 11pm.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
