Stylish holiday let close to seafront

A very stylish three bedroom self catering apartment just a few steps away from the beach. Similar in style to the Eaton Lodge, this property has been refurbished to a very high standard and offers a perfect place to stay for a smaller group of friends, a family or an executive who needs a short term let. Oak floors, sumptuous bedroom carpets, contemporary bathrooms and a high gloss modern kitchen all create a welcoming and comfortable holiday home.


Two bedrooms have excellent quality orthopaedic zip and link beds so they can be configured as twin rooms or double rooms. The third bedroom has a fixed double bed. There are two cubes that fold out into mattress beds in the lounge.

The apartment forms part of an impressive mansion block and has been refurbished to a very high standard with contemporary bathrooms and a sleek high gloss kitchen. The living area and kitchen is a large open plan area (sliding doors can close the kitchen area off, if you prefer.)


Situated on the lower ground floor the apartment has a decked patio area at the front which is approached via steps.

Sitting Room / Diner

The open plan living area has oak flooring and is very comfortably furnished with sofas, two cubes (which fold out to become mattresses on the floor) and a dining table for six. There is a wall mounted LCD tv with Freeview, a dvd player and Wi-Fi. Co-ordinated accessories, soft lighting and a chandelier all add to the stylish finish.


The kitchen area has contemporary high gloss units and built in appliances. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, fridge/freezer and induction hob. It is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater and offers a sociable place to cook whilst chatting with friends or keeping an eye on the children!

Shower Room

Just off the sitting room is a gorgeous shower room with floor to ceiling travertine tiling and a large walk in shower.

The Bedrooms

Across from the sitting room are the three bedrooms. The front bedroom has zip and link beds so it can be configured as a king or a twin room. There is enough room for a travel cot in this bedroom which we can provide upon request. The room will usually be set up as a twin so if you need a king size bed please specify at the time of booking.

The second bedroom has a double bed and an interesting sky light feature.

The third bedroom has zip and link beds so again, this can either be a king or a twin room. All the bedrooms are beautifully accessorized and have built in wardrobes.

The family bathroom is just off this bedroom and is a beautiful fully tiled room with a contemporary bath with a shower over it.

  • There is a telephone for incoming calls only.
  • As with all our properties, smoking is not permitted in the apartment itself but you may smoke on the patio and use the sand buckets for the disposal of cigarette ends.
  • Parking is by meter and you can park for 24 hours on the seafront which is just across the road.
