Ideal if you are here for work or for an extended stay in Brighton, this property is a real gem of a home from home. Equally, a perfect apartment for your holiday with the beach just at the end of the road. On the first floor of a Victorian property, this two bedroom, one bathroom apartment has been recently refurbished very stylishly. It has a gorgeous kitchen and the imaginative and quirky use of space creates a practical home too.

The apartment is painted in white throughout and has a very fresh, calm feel to it. The large windows offer lots of light and it has an open plan kitchen/ lounge area.

The Area

In a great location, the beach is at the end of the road and it is a short walk from the Pier along the seafront. The area is highly regarded and there are fabulous independent shops, coffee shops, tea rooms, vintage and gift stores ...all just at the end of the road. The Real Patisserie provides amazing breads and pastries, there is an award winning butcher and grocer, a book store with a coffee shop plus many more interesting shops to explore. A bit further along is an Art Deco tea room called Metro-Deco and other vintage furniture stores. Certainly a good afternoon’s browsing!

This apartment in College Road is ideal if you need to be close to Brighton College, The Royal Sussex Hospital or the Children’s Hospital.

The Entrance

The entrance hallway is bright and welcoming and has a security entry phone. There is a flight of stairs to the apartment.

The Lounge/Kitchen/Diner

This bright room has a stunning Shaker style kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to self cater with high quality appliances. There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher to make life even easier for you. The living room has an LCD tv. There is WiFi. There is a dining table for four.

The Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a bespoke mezzanine level suitable for storing suitcases and luggage out of the way.

The Second Bedroom

The second bedroom also has a bespoke mezzanine level with a driftwood, seaside feel. There is a single bed on this mezzanine with guard rail in the same gorgeous wood. Under the mezzanine is a work area with a little desk/book case. This room has a sliding door creating a great open plan feel when not in use as a bedroom. There is enough room for a travel cot in this room. (Please ask if you need one. Please note we do not provide bedding for cots.) We are happy to provide a cube bed or mattress for this room as an alternative if you do not wish to use the mezzanine.

The Bathroom

The bathroom is newly fitted and compliments the neutral, contemporary and fresh feel of the apartment. There is a bath with a shower over it.

  • All utility costs are included in the price.
  • As with most properties in Brighton there is no parking with this apartment. Parking is by meter in nearby roads or if you want to leave your car for a longer period the seafront is best. This is a short walk away down the road. If you are here for a longer period and require parking please ask and we will see if we can help find an alternative for you.
  • There is WiFi.
  • There is no lift and the apartment is accessed via one flight of stairs as well as a few steps up to the main entrance.
