Exclusive mews house with parking

An exclusive property for a discerning clientele. Finished to a high specification it would suit a family or couples. This is a stunning house and the large loft style lounge certainly has the wow factor and the stylish kitchen/ diner is a great place to enjoy a dinner party. In a quiet cobbled mews in the highly regarded Kemp Town area with great shops, coffee shops and gastro pubs yet not too far from the hubub of central Brighton either. There is one allocated parking space.

Description

There are three double beds. Please note one of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor and is small.


The house has solid oak flooring throughout and soft white carpets in the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms are luxuriously fitted and the furniture is of a high standard. There is a parking space at the property for one car. (Please note there are four spaces for cars in front of the property but only one is allocated to guests at Kemp House.)

Ground Floor

There is solid oak flooring and a black high gloss kitchen with black granite work surface and splashbacks. It is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The kitchen/dining room is an open plan area – you can sit reading the Sunday papers at the dining table while your partner makes some fresh coffee and serves you croissants freshly from the shop a one minute walk away. Perfect! There is a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine,microwave etc.

Bedroom 3

Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor and has a double bed. Please note that this is a very small room with a double bed which is against the wall and very little other furniture, simply a bedside table. It may therefore be better suited to a single person sleeping here if you would prefer. Up a couple of stairs by this bedroom is the downstairs loo with a small basin.

The Lounge

Upstairs is the lounge, a dramatic dual aspect room with a vaulted ceiling, additional skylight windows and light oak solid wood flooring. The room is over five and a half meters wide and the photos don’t do justice to the large space it offers! There is a very large wall mounted plasma tv, dvd player, leather armchair, L-shaped sofa and rug. There is an ornamental fireplace to complete the look.

The Bedrooms

There are two double bedrooms on the first floor and one double smaller bedroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom has an en suite shower which is fully tiled with marble tiles and has an extra large shower cubicle. There is a built in wardrobe in this room. All the beds have white cotton bed linen and towels provided. The second and third bedrooms also have double beds.

The Bathroom

The bathroom is fully tiled with marble walls and floor tiles and has a quality white suite. There is a bath with a shower over it.

(Please note the en suite does not have an additional loo. There are two loos, one downstairs and one in the family bathroom.)

  • Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
  • All electricity and gas costs are included.
  • There is broadband.
  • No pets are not allowed at this property.
  • There is free off street parking for one car.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the property but you may smoke outside on the front cobbled area.
