​Grand Parade Apartment is ideal if you need a serviced apartment for a longer term. If you are here for work or a course, the apartment offers excellent value and is in a central location.

It is a few steps away from the Laines where you have a superb choice of restaurants, cafes, the Theatre Royal and so on. The Laines are regarded as the cultural heart of Brighton. The beach is just at the end of the road along with Brighton Pier. The Art College and language schools are nearby also.

The apartment is bright, decorated in white and has contemporary furniture. Ideal for one person or a couple, there is one bedroom and one bathroom.

Entrance

There is secure intercom entry to the building and the apartment is on the third floor.

Living area

The living room has large windows to the front, a dining table with pastel blue chairs and a contemporary grey sofa. There is an LCD tv and WiFi.

Kitchen

The kitchen has everything you need to self cater and has a microwave and washing machine.

Bedroom

The bedroom follows the colour scheme with white and grey and has a double bed.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

Two things to note. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift. Secondly, as with many apartments in period buildings in Brighton, the communal area of the main entrance and stairs is due for refurbishment. The apartment itself is newly decorated to a very good standard and offers a perfect and economical home from home. The price reflects the fact that the communal area needs decorating by the managing agent of the building.

  • Parking is by meter in nearby roads. If you have a car please ask us for advice.
  • As with all our properties smoking is not permitted inside.
  • Pets are not allowed in this property.
  • Please note there is no lift therefore is not suitable for people who find stairs difficult.
