An amazing view of Brighton Pavilion comes with this impressive self catering apartment. Super stylish and contemporary, it has a definite wow factor! There is a wrap around balcony and full length doors from the sitting room and the bedrooms, so you have an impressive view of the Pavilion and also views of the Palace Pier and the sea. In a fabulous location, this apartment also has a secure underground parking space. Perfect for an executive here for work or, equally, if you are here for a holiday.


Each bedroom has a double bed. The master bedroom has enough room for a travel cot which is provided.

Contemporary and stylish, fabulous views and with underground parking for one car..this apartment offers the very best in Brighton living. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need in a home from home and offers the perfect base if you are in Brighton for work for a few weeks or more, or if you are for a holiday. There is a supermarket open until 11pm at night just a short walk away and the town centre is literally across the road. With stunning views, this apartment is at the top end of Brighton accommodation and yet still offers an economical alternative to hotels. The apartment is on the third floor and there is lift access. HIghly recommended.


There is a lift to the third floor. The entrance hallway to the apartment has space for coats, shoes and a pushchair and has wooden flooring.

Bedrooms and Bathroom

Leading off from the hallway is the contemporary fully tiled bathroom. This has a bath with a shower over it. The two bedrooms each have a double bed. Both rooms have sliding patio doors on to the balcony which wraps around the whole apartment. The master bedroom also patio doors to the front and an additional full length door which gives views of the Pier and the sea. Both rooms are beautifully furnished and have fitted cupboards.There is enough room in the master bedroom for a travel cot and one has been provided by the owner. (Please note we do not provide bedding for travel cots.) Both rooms are carpeted and decoarted in neutral tones and have stylish accessories.

Sitting Room /Dining Room/ Kitchen

The sitting room area is an expansive room with two extra large sets of patio doors offering an amazing view across to Brighton Pavilion. There is wooden flooring and white walls and a high end contemporary kitchen. The balcony has a patio table and chairs for you to sit and watch the world go by. There are two sofas and an armchair, a tv with Freeview and a dvd player. The dining table seats four and leads to the open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar for two. The high gloss kitchen is very well equipped and has a dishwasher, washer, dryer and everything you need to self cater.

There are books, dvds, lamps and accessories and everything you would expect in a home, coupled with a contemporary style and fantastic views…this a very special place to stay!

  • If you are here for longer than a week and would like the apartment regularly cleaned we can arrange this at additional cost.
  • There is one free underground allocated parking space with this property. It would not suit an extra large vehicle. There is lift access from the underground car park to the apartment.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but you may smoke on the balcony.
  • We can provide a high chair on request. Please ask at the time of booking.
