​There are two double rooms and one twin room. There is an additional z bed if you wish to make the Master bedroom into a family room.


​Fourth Avenue Apartment is an elegant period property. Very spacious with three bedrooms and an allocated parking space for one car, the apartment is in a highly regarded area. The beach, shops, restaurants and cafes are all within a short walk.

The property is styled in a traditional way and has high quality furnishings. The property is light and bright and has many period features which add to the appeal. It would suit a family here for a holiday or an executive who wants a home from home while on an extended stay in Brighton and Hove.

Entrance

The apartment has its own private entrance. There is a parking space for one car.

Hall

The hallway is very spacious and all the rooms lead off.

Living room

The living room is a very large room with a feature fireplace and large double doors. There is a traditionally English antique style sofa suite and a large period dining table, ideal for family suppers. There is an LCD tv and WiFi.

Kitchen

The kitchen has attractive New England Shaker style units and a wooden Welsh dresser. Everything you need to self cater is provided. There is a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms. Two double rooms and a twin room. Each room is painted white and has period style beds and antique wooden chests and mirrors which add to the style of the property. The Master bedroom is large enough for the z bed to be in here if you wish to create a family room.

Bathroom

The family bathroom is spacious and has a tradional white suite including a bidet. The bath has a shower attachment and there is also a separate walk in shower cubicle.

Along the hall there is an additional cloakroom with an extra loo.
