​There are two double bedrooms.


​Farman Cottage is a beautiful home. Set over three floors the former fisherman’s cottage is surprisingly spacious and has a large kitchen/diner/ reception room on the lower ground floor as well as an additional cosy living room on the ground floor.

The cottage is furnished to a very high standard and also has a south west facing patio garden for al fresco dining. It is in a prime central location in a gated community within the Brunswick conservation area and close to the Brighton/ Hove border. It is close to many restaurants, cafes and shops as well as being a short distance to the beach.

There is WiFi.

Lower Ground Floor

On the lower ground floor is a stunning open plan kitchen/ diner and reception room. The kitchen has everything you need to self cater with a washing machine and an undercounter fridge and separate freezer. The kitchen is an attractive design and has a dining table for four. It leads through to a lovely area to relax with sofa and armchair, LCD tv with Freeview and a door leading to a private patio garden.

Ground Floor

The front door leads to a hall way and there is an additional living room which is furnished and decorated to a high standard. There is also another tv. On this floor is the family bathroom which has a bath with a shower attachment.

First Floor

On the first floor are two pretty double bedrooms and an additional en suite cloakroom.

  • Parking is in nearby car parks; please ask for advice. The property is central and we would recommend you come to Brighton using public transport as parking costs are at a premium. The house is easily accessible from both train stations.
