Art Deco seafront holiday apartment

In a landmark, seafront Art Deco block this central Brighton ground floor holiday apartment is in a fantastic location! The beach is opposite and very close by is Brighton’s famous i360. For families with children it is ideal as the play area on the beach is just across the road from the apartment. Equally it’s great for a group of couples because you are right in the centre of town. The apartment offers a spacious and comfortable home to enjoy.

Description

Double bed in the master bedroom (+ space for travel cot). Bedroom 2 is a twin with zip and link beds so it can also be a king size.The third bedroom has bunk beds. (A trundle bed under the bunks if you want three children in this very small room.)


A raised ground floor apartment in an iconic Brighton seafront Art Deco block. White walls, some funky wallpaper.. a great apartment for families or couples sharing. Just across from the beach and a great little beach front cafe. It is in the centre of Brighton with everything close by.

The aerial photo is taken from the British Airways i360, hence the slight glare from the glass in the photo. The apartment is the taller white block just before the start of Hove lawns. As you can see it is directly opposite the beach and just along from the children’s playground with paddling pool and the stunning i360, which is definitely worth a trip! There’s lots to do on the beach in that area and it’s ideal for families.

Lounge/Diner

Leading off from the hall is the large sea facing lounge/diner. This has two gorgeous Art Deco style velvet sofas and a tub chair. There is a large dining table that seats eight. There is a feature wall with a large LCD tv and a DVD player.

WC

With black high gloss tiles throughout ...a stylish and convenient additional convenience!

Kitchen

The kitchen is a small but practical place to cook. There is a washer/dryer, microwave and everything you need to self cater. With everything so close by however you’ll never need to use it!

Master bedroom

A spacious sea facing room that can easily accommodate a travel cot which we can provide upon request. This room has a king size bed and is finished stylishly in black and white.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom two also faces the sea and can be arranged as a twin or a double room as it has hotel standard quality zip and link beds. It will usually be set out as a twin room but if you would prefer a king size bed please let us know at the time of booking so we can inform housekeeping.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom is a much smaller room with bunk beds. There is an additional third trundle mattress under the bunks which pulls out making it possible for three to sleep here if you want three children in one room. Please note it is a small room! Again, please inform us at the time of booking if the third trundle bed is required and we will inform housekeeping.

Bathroom

The family bathroom is a new contemporary suite with a bath with a shower over it.

This property is only suitable for families and couples. No single sex groups are accepted at this property.

Although on the seafront it is set back from the main road by another little access road which has metered parking available so it isn’t directly onto the main road.

  • White bed linen and towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
  • This property is only suitable for families and couples. No single sex groups are accepted at this property.
  • Pets are not accepted at this property.
  • All electricity and gas costs are included.
  • There is WiFi.
  • Parking is by meter directly in front of the apartment, on the seafront, or in an NCP car park a few minutes walk away along the seafront in Regency Square.
  • If you require a high chair or travel cot this can be arranged so please ask.
  • As with all properties smoking inside is not permitted.

Thank you for all your help with the booking process of Embassy 1 which we rented at the weekend. The apartment was great and the location was fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We used Brighton Holiday homes to seek out apartment accommodation for a hen weekend in Brighton. We are older ladies and wanted a more sophisticated weekend. We found the website excellent and easy to use with an accurate description of our accommodation. The accommodation was clean and well located with everything we needed.
