Great furniture with designer pieces and modern funky art work. The apartment is the ultimate in young executive living.

The apartment is part of a development situated close to Brighton Mainline Railway Station and the location also provides easy access to the main roads too. Very nearby is the North Laine with its famous mix of independent retailers, coffee shops and culture. The apartment is located within easy reach of numerous restaurants, cafes and entertainment and there is also a Sainsbury’s really close by too making it extremely practical. It’s not too far to walk to the beach either.

Inside the apartment everything is high spec with quality fixtures and fittings including cosy underfloor heating. There is a balcony and patio doors creating a sense of light and space, a contemporary bathroom and open plan kitchen, concierge on the door and security entry phone system.

Entrance

Security entry into the main entrance hall where there is a porter/ concierge. A lift takes you to the third floor where you walk through the corridor to the apartment. It’s a bit like being in a hotel and going to your deluxe suite!

Living area

The whole apartment has washed oak Karndean flooring with underfloor heating. The living area has a lounge space with two comfortable sofas and a large, new LCD tv with HDMI ports, plus WiFi of course. On the walls there is modern artwork and the cushions and accessories throughout have a youthful, typically Brighton vibe with lots of style. There are patio doors which lead to a small balcony which has a table and chairs. The kitchen is open plan to the living area and has a dining table for two and a sleek contemporary units with everything you need to self cater. There is a dishwasher and washer/drier.

Bedroom

The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed and built in wardrobes and stylish drawers.

Bathroom

The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway and has a bath with a shower over it. Again, this has been finished to a high spec standard and is both neat and stylish.

  • There is WiFi.
  • As with all properties smoking is not permitted but you may smoke on the balcony.
