​Eaton Place is a stylishly furnished two bedroom apartment in the Kemp Town district of Brighton, close to the beach and all amenities. Just nearby there are cafes and little shops and further along the road there are more independent shops, gastro pubs and much more. With a private entrance, this lower ground floor pied a terre is a perfect retreat for someone here for work or for a small family looking for a holiday let close to the beach. The apartment offers excellent value.

There are two bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other has a single bed with a pull out trundle bed underneath.


​Eaton Place is a very pretty, two bedroom apartment in the Kemp Town district of Brighton. It has a very welcoming vintage feel to it and has been beautifully furnished and styled. The lower ground floor apartment is in a highly regarded road just up from the main beach front road. Everything you need is close by and it’s an easy walk to town along the sea front. The hospital is very close, as is Brighton College, so it’s practical if you are here for either of those reasons. Kemp Town itself has a very good selection of cafes, independent food shops, gastro pubs and much more… it’s a great place to hang out and browse the vintage bric a brac shops and gift shops, as well as being practical for everyday food supplies.

The apartment has a small patio area at the back. It offers excellent value and would be perfect for someone who needs something longer term for work or for a small family on holiday.

Entrance

The apartment is on the lower ground floor and there is a small external staircase to the front door. It may not suit someone with mobility issues.

Living room/ kitchen/ diner

Beautifully styled, this area has a very comfortable living room with WiFi and a large screen wall mounted LCD tv. A comfy sofa and armchairs make it an ideal place to relax. The kitchen is set in an alcove whilst still being open plan. Attractively styled with a vintage scheme and with everything you need to self cater. Please note the apartment doesn’t have a washing machine but there is a launderette just a minute away and they also do service washes.

There is a dining table for four.

Bedrooms and bathroom

Along the hall to the back of the property are the two bedrooms and bathroom. Both bedrooms have attractive double doors out to the small enclosed patio. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a single bed which has a pull out trundle bed under it so a fourth person can sleep in this room also.

The bedroom is situated off the hall between the bedrooms and has a bath with a shower over it.
