With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a gorgeous open plan living area, this really is a very high specification place for you to enjoy. Furnished to a very high standard this would be ideal for a short term let, or for a small group of discerning friends. Neutral decor, designer wallpapers, oak floors and sumptuous carpets….a definite wow factor!


There are three bedrooms. There is one double room, a twin room (which can also be configured as a king as they are hotel standard zip and link beds) and a smaller third bedroom has a single bed with a trundle bed under it, making it another twin room. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge.

The apartment is part of a conversion of a large Victorian mansion block. Recently refurbished to a very high standard the property has three bedrooms and two beautifully finished bathrooms. The sociable open plan living area features a high specification kitchen, dining area and lounge area.

Bi-fold doors open to a small decked area. *Please note for groups of six or more the outside area is out of bounds so that nearby neighbours are not disturbed.*

The property has been decorated in a neutral colour scheme with designer wallpapers on feature walls in the bedrooms. Real oak flooring with integrated halogen floor lighting create a sophisticated feel to the property. The bedrooms have sumptuous carpets. A truly stunning home from home!

The Entrance

A few steps lead down to the entrance. If you are here longer term and require storage for a bicycle there is a secure bike store available.

The Kitchen/ Sitting Room /Diner

A huge, sociable space this area offers the best in open plan living with three defined areas.

Fully equipped with everything you need to self cater, the kitchen is high specification. It has high gloss grey units and has an integrated dishwasher, induction cooker hob, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a work island which also doubles as a breakfast bar for two. There is a washer/dryer and handwashing sink in the separate large utility room.

The dining area has a dining table for four.

The lounge area has comfortable and stylish sofas. There is a wall mounted LCD tv with BT Vision, a dvd player and a telephone for incoming calls. There is Wi-Fi.

Bedroom 1

The first bedroom has beautiful designer wallpaper with matching accessories and sumptuous carpet. It can be configured as a double or a twin and has an ensuite shower room.

The Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom is also beautifully designed and can be configured as a double or a twin. There is a wall mounted television and a beautiful, fully tiled ensuite with a high specification bathroom suite with a bath with a shower over it.

The Third Bedroom

The third bedroom is smaller and has a desk and a single bed with a trundle bed under it.

The Utility Room

The utility room is accessed through the third bedroom. It is a very large room in itself and great for storing cases. It has a washer/dryer, additional sink (great for hand washing) and a drying rack for drying clothes. There is also access to the front of the property and the bike store for the apartment is just outside.
