Spacious, Regency self catering apartment

A beautiful first floor, one bedroom self catering apartment, full of natural light from the huge full length Regency windows. The lounge has wonderful period features and the windows offer oblique views of the sea which is just at the end of the road. This would be a perfect for an executive who needs somewhere short term or it would equally suit a couple on holiday. Great location in fashionable Kemp Town with coffee shops, independent traders and vintage stores, yet not far from town either.


There is one king size bed. It would be possible to have a travel cot or z bed for a child in this room also. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. Double doors to the bedroom from the lounge can be opened to create a huge space or closed to create two separate areas.

The apartment is on the first floor of a large Regency building. The property has many period feature including high ceilings, a feature fireplace and huge full length Regency windows. There are oblique views to the sea from the lounge. It is very comfortably furnished and fully equipped to provide an elegant and stylish home from home.


There are steps which lead up to the front door and a security entrance phone for the main entrance of the building. Stairs lead up to the front door of the apartment.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is at the back of the apartment and has s large sash window. It has contemporary units, a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and everything you need to self cater. There is a dining table for two.

The Bathroom

Up a few steps and on the right is the bathroom which has a bath with a shower over it and a contemporary white suite.

The Bedroom

The bedroom has an aspect to the back of the property and has high ceilings and a sash window. A pretty iron bed frame and wooden chest of drawers create a vintage feel. Large double doors open out onto the lounge so you can have them open to create one very large room, and perhaps watch tv in bed, or closed to keep the bedroom completely separate form the lounge.

The Lounge

The lounge is very spacious and has a sofa bed and two armchairs, a desk, an LCD tv with Freeview channels and dvd. There is an original fireplace which makes a beautiful feature of the room. There are wooden floors and very large Regency windows with oblique views to the sea. There is a small balcony at the front.

  • Parking is by meter very close by on the seafront road.
  • If you are here long term and require parking please talk to us as we may be able to provide a parking space. This is strictly by arrangement and needs to be discussed and booked in advance. This is only available to long term guests.
