Central apartment in great location

East Street Central offers superb value, but it’s value with style. In a fantastic location, right in the heart of Brighton and with restaurants and nightlife nearby and Brighton Pier just a few steps away too. The apartment has been designed so that it is ideal for an executive here for work on a longer stay, but equally ideal for a small group of friends and family who want a small and inexpensive pied a terre for the weekend right in the heart of the city.

Description

​There are two bedrooms. One has a small double bed, the other is a twin room which can also be configured as a king size bed. Each bedroom also has a cube bed for an additional person and there is a sofa bed and cube bed in the living room.


​East Street Central is an apartment right in the heart of Brighton. There are restaurants, bars and clubs just nearby and the Pier is a few steps away too. It makes a weekend in Brighton so easy with everything just there on your doorstep. Small but stylish, this is a great bolthole for those looking for a great value getaway for the weekend for up to 8 people.

If you are in Brighton for work and require something longer term then this apartment is ideal because there are restaurants, cafes and everything you need close at hand and you can enjoy city living at its best and with the beach just a few steps away too. A very comfortable and stylish home from home for an executive.

Entrance

The apartment has a private entrance through an alley and there is a fenced off small patio area. There is intercom entry into the flat itself which is on the first floor up a flight of stairs once inside the entrance.

Kitchen/diner/living room

Large bay sash windows let light pour into the apartment. Open brick, neutral walls and colour co-ordinated furnishings all make this a neat and stylish place to stay. The open plan area has an L-shaped sofa, designer armchair, tv with Freeview and DVD player, and a dining table which pulls out for for 6.

The kitchen has contemporary units and also has a breakfast bar. There is a washer/drier and microwave and everything you need to self cater.

If you are a small group of family and friends staying for the weekend, the sofa is also a sofa bed and there is a cube bed from The Futon Company. The living room can sleep 2.

Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms, both furnished to a high standard and with wardrobes and dressing tables. Each bedroom has a wall mounted tv. The front bedroom is a twin room but it can also be configured as a king size bed, Please inform us at the time of booking if you would prefer a king size bed instead of twin beds. There is also a cube bed in this room for an additional person.

The second bedroom is a smaller room and has a small double bed and another cube bed for an additional person.

Each bedroom can sleep 3 using the extra cube bed in each room.

Bathroom

There is a modern shower room next to the bedrooms.

  • All bed linen and towels are provided for all beds and sofa bed.
  • All utility bills are included.
  • There is WiFi.
  • As with all properties smoking is not permitted inside, but you may smoke outside on the small patio directly outside the front door. Noise in this outside area should be kept to a minimum.
  • Parking is not available with this property. There are nearby car parks but we recommend you come to Brighton using public transport where possible. The coach station is very close by to this apartment. If you do have a car and require parking for a longer term, please ask us for advice.
