In the heart of Brighton

East Street Apartment is located in the heart of Brighton, close to the beach, the conference centre and with shops and restaurants all around. This two bedroom holiday let is in a Regency mansion block and makes an ideal home from home whether you’re here for business or pleasure. High ceilings, cornicing and some stained glass give added features to this comfortable city apartment. Everything Brighton has to offer is close by, making East Street Apartment the perfect choice!


There are two bedrooms. The Master bedroom has high quality hotel zip and link beds so it can be configured as a king or a twin room. The second bedroom has a fixed double.

The entrance to the mansion block has elegant double doors which are reminiscent of a French apartment block and it can be found in the bustling East Street. Situated right in the heart of Brighton’s famous Lanes with it’s shopping district and restaurants. With so many award winning restaurants are just nearby so no need to cook while you’re here! The Royal Pavilion, the beach and pier are not far away.

The apartment itself is on the first floor and is at the back of the building so it offers a more peaceful retreat inside.


Through the entrance and up a flight of stairs to the back of the building where the entrance to the apartment can be found.


All the rooms lead off from the spacious hallway. The apartment has beautiful original windows and some have stained glass. The flooring is a dark wood laminate throughout and it is complimented by bright white walls.

Living area

The living area is one large very spacious, dual aspect room. The contemporary kitchen is at one end and is fully equipped with everything you need including a dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The middle section of the room has a fireplace with a pretty pebble effect electric fire, perfect for cosy nights in. The white L-shaped leather sofa is heavenly and offers electric recliners on both ends. So comfortable to sit and watch television on after a hard day walking around! The television even has a SKY package too and of course there is a DVD player and WiFI.

The dining table at the end is contemporary and seats four. The owner has taken a great deal of care to create a very welcoming room with co-ordinated accessories and home comforts.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom is next to the bathroom and has a king size zip and link bed, so it can be configured as a twin room as well as a king. There is a wardrobe and bedside tables and the pebble theme from the living room continues with some funky pebble style lamps.


The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and is neutral.

Second bedroom

The second bedroom is along the hall and is smaller and has a double bed next to the wall.

  • All utilty costs are included.
  • There is WiFi.
  • As with all our properties smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. It might not suite a smoker as there is no outside area with the apartment.
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • If you need a travel cot or high chair please specify at the time of booking.
  • There is no allocated parking with this property. You would not need a car during your stay as everything is easily within walking distance all around. We would recommend you use public transport to come to Brighton but if you need your car there are NCP car parks nearby on the seafront. If you are here longer term for business and need to come by car please ask us and we will try to advise you on the cheapest options.
