Marina apartment with free parking
Collingwood Court is a fabulous two bedroom, two bathroom self catering apartment and is an excellent choice for an executive in Brighton for work. It would also suit a small family looking for a holiday let to enjoy a break in Brighton as Brighton Marina is a great location with shops, cafes and many restaurants all nearby. In the summer it is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a drink or meal whilst admiring the yachts and boats of the Marina. The apartment has the rare and added bonus of free allocated parking. A practical and stylish choice.

Both bedrooms have excellent quality orthopaedic zip and link beds, so they can be configured as king sized beds or twins. Usually they are made up as a double and a twin but please specify at the time of booking if you require alternatives. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for an additional occasional guest. The Master bedroom has room for a travel cot which we can provide on request.
With neutral decor and real wood flooring in the lounge and hallway, this is a very comfortable home from home.The apartment is East facing and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and free allocated parking for one car, which is a much prized bonus in Brighton and Hove! The location is fantastic with many restaurants nearby so you would never need to eat in.
With only residents cars coming into the Marina residential area, there is a sense of peace as there is no road noise and it’s especially lovely on a sunny day to sit out in one of the Marina restaurants and look out at the yachts.
The Sitting Room / Diner
The sitting room/ dining room is comfortably furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a dining table for four and an LCD tv with Freeview, DVD and WiFi. There are doors which lead to a small balcony and there are fold up chairs in the property so you can sit out. There are oblique side views to the sea.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The Master bedroom has a king sized bed which can also be configured as a twin. There is an en suite shower room. The room is spacious enough for a travel bed which we can provide on request. Please note we do not provide bedding for cots. The bedroom has plush carpet flooring. The second bedroom has turquoise accessories and is configured as a twin room but it can also be a double. Doors lead from this bedroom to the main family bathroom. A door from the hall also leads from the hall to this bathroom.
The family bathroom is quite spacious and has a bath with a shower over it.
The kitchen has everything you need to self cater. There is a washing machine, fridge/ freezer, microwave etc, but with all the restaurants and cafes you won’t need to eat in! If you do want to self cater, there’s a large food superstore at the end of the Marina so it’s very easy to shop.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
All utility costs are included.
There is allocated parking for one car. Additional cars would have to park by meter on the seafront or we could advise you where you can park additional cars further away without a residents’ permit.
As with all our properties, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but you may smoke on the balcony.
There are stairs up to the apartment and it’s on the second floor.
