This is a great little apartment in a super location in the fashionable Kemp Town area of Brighton. It is ideal for a longer term exceutive let and offers excellent value for money. Neat and small the apartment is part of a Victorian house conversion. At the bottom of the road are fantastic shops; an independent grocers, butchers, cafes, coffee shops and gastro pubs. This is an ideal holiday let for one person or a couple.

This is a compact and neat, one bedroom apartment in a fashionable area with lots of amenities all around.
The Bedroom
The bedroom is small and has built in hanging rails, a chest of drawers and an small LCD tv.
The Lounge/Kitchen/Diner
The lounge is a comfortable room with a sofa and two armchairs, an LCD tv with Freeview channel and a dvd player. There is broadband. There is a dining table for four next to the window. The galley style kitchen is open to the lounge…so you can chat and watch tv while you cook!
The Bathroom
The white bathroom suite has a bath with a shower over it.
Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.
All gas/electricity and utility costs are included in your rental cost.
Parking is by meter on the seafront just a couple of minutes walk away.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
