Executive holiday home with a sea view

A very special self catering holiday home for a discerning family or an executive. This newly built show home has been finished to a high specification and offers comfort and space. There are sea views from three decked balcony areas on the ground, first and second floors. The holiday home has designer furniture, beautifully co-ordinated colour schemes and luxury bathrooms, plus it has off street parking for two cars. A very special property and perfect for a longer term guest.


The property has four bedrooms. Two are double rooms and one is a twin room. The fourth bedroom is a study or would be suitable for a baby in a cot. We can provide a travel cot if you inform us at the time of booking.

An ex-show home, this property has style and space. Beautifully finished to exacting standards, this newly built town house is set over three floors. There are four bedrooms, two of which are large, south facing bedrooms with luxury ensuite bathrooms and full length doors leading onto decked balcony areas with views of the sea. There are two off road parking spaces in front of the property which is very unusual in Brighton, making this a very practical choice for a family.

The spacious ground floor living area has designer furniture and also has full length doors leading onto a decked balcony where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the sea and Brighton Marina in the distance. There is a small enclosed patio garden.

Kitchen/Dining area/Living area

This very large 38ft room offers a very contemporary and stylish living space. Neutral decor with red and black accents and a real wood floor. The kitchen is finished to a high specification with white gloss units and granite worktops and is fully equipped with everything you would expect in a home from home. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. This leads to a dining area with a contemporary designer table which seats 6. In high gloss white with co-ordinating tulip chairs with a red accent cushion in the seat.

The living area is a great place to relax and has a Florence Knoll style black leather sofa, 2 Arne Jacobsen inspired chairs and a Thomas Eames style lounge chair. White high gloss and glass tables, lamps, cushions and stylish art work make this a very cool and contemporary space to chill out after a hard day. There is also a large LCD tv and dvd player for those evenings in.

There are full width doors which open onto a decked terrace with views across to the sea and Brighton Marina.

On the ground floor there is an additional WC which has disabled access.

First Floor

On the first floor there are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double room and has a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower. Large full width doors lead out onto a decked balcony terrace which offers views across to Brighton Marina.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room.

Bedroom 3 is a small single which is currently set out as an office. This room could be arranged as a baby’s bedroom if required. Please inform us if you require a travel cot. We can also provide high chairs.

The family bathroom is on this floor. Fully tiled, with a marble floor, underfloor heating and luxury fittings. There is a bath with a rainfall shower over it.

Second Floor

On the second floor the master bedroom suite has amazing views from the full width doors and decked terrace area. There is a double bed and a wall mounted LCD tv with Freeview channels. The luxury ensuite bathroom has high quality fittings, a walk in rainfall shower and separate bath.

A large under eaves storage area is perfect for keeping all luggage out of sight.


Located close to Brighton Marina in Roedean, just a few minutes drive out of central Brighton. Even without a car it is very convenient as it is a short walk to the nearby shops and there are regular buses into central Brighton. The property is in a residential, highly regarded family area, nevertheless it has the added bonus of an alarm and a CCTV system as it was previously a show home.
