A contemporary two bedroom self catering apartment right in the heart of Brighton. In the fashionable North Laines district, this top floor apartment has spectacular roof top views across the city. Ideally located for the Brighton Dome, Theatre Royal and with super restaurants, shops and coffee shops all nearby. Tucked away in a small, exclusive development, this holiday apartment offers a great retreat from city life and is an ideal base for an executive, friends or family.


Both bedrooms have double beds. Please note the second bedroom no longer has a single bed as pictured in the photo.

This penthouse apartment is part of a contemporary block close to the Theatre Royal, Brighton Dome and all that Brighton’s fashionable North Laines district has to offer. City Apartment offers contemporary living and fantastic views across the rooftops of Brighton Pavilion and into the distance to the Brighton Wheel and the sea. Neat and stylishly furnished, this is a perfect base for an executive here for work, or family and friends. A terrific home from home in the heart of Brighton. It is an ideal retreat as the apartment is tucked away in a side street and, as it is on the top floor, the bustle of the city is not on your doorstep, yet everything Brighton has to offer is just a few steps away. Two bedrooms both with double beds.


The apartment is on the top floor (fourth) of this small development of nine apartments and has intercom security access. Please note there is no lift and so this apartment would not suit those with mobility problems.

The Apartment

Once inside, stairs lead up to the main living area which is open plan. It has a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen with stunning views across the rooftops and to the sea in the distance. The high gloss kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/ dryer and everything you need to self cater. At the other end of the room, the living area has a sofa and occasional chair, wall mounted flat creen tv and dvd and Wi-fi. There is a dining table for four. Double width patio doors lead on to a larger than average roof terrace and there is a garden sofa and armchairs, making it ideal for relaxing with a drink on a warm summer evening or if you wish to smoke.*

The Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a large chest of drawers. This also has double width patio doors onto the terrace.

The Second Bedroom.

The second bedroom is at the back, is a smaller room and also *has a double bed*. (please note the photo shows a single but there is a double now). There is a door from this room which leads to another smaller terrace which offers the fantastic views!


The bathroom is a fully tiled and has a contemporary white suite with a bath with a shower over it.

*Please note the best views are from the terrace which is accessed from the second bedroom.

Please note that due to the roof terrace and number of stairs we don’t consider this property to be suitable for young children or toddlers. The roof terrace is enclosed by railings but with furniture on the terrace etc young toddlers may climb.

  • There is Wi-fi at in the apartment.
  • There is no allocated parking but there is an NCP car just nearby in Church Street. A car is not necessary while you are here. If you are here for a longer period for work commitments and need somewhere to park a car please ask and we will see how we can help. Brighton mainline station is a five minute walk away.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but you may smoke on the roof terraces.
  • Not suitable for young children.
