A great two bedroom holiday apartment, very close to Brighton station and in the heart of the Lanes. This apartment comes with a secure underground parking space… a rare and precious thing! A very comfortable apartment in a superb city centre location.The furnishings are stylish and comfortable. This is a very practical choice and would be ideal for an executive here for work or for someone who needs somewhere central with secure parking.

Description

The master bedroom can be configured with a king size bed or twin beds. The small second bedroom has a single bed with a second trundle bed under it. There is a sofa bed in the lounge.


In a modern apartment block in the heart of Brighton, this property has the fantastic bonus of an allocated, free, secure underground parking space. The apartment is very close to the Lanes and Brighton station, behind St Nicholas’ Church. There are two bedrooms.

Entrance

There is a secure entry system on the main door to the apartment building. There is secure, underground, allocated parking for one car under the building. The apartment is on the ground floor. There are are a few steps up to the main front door of the building. The apartment block is at the beginning of a fairly steep hill.

Inside the apartment there is a spacious hallway with laminate wood flooring.

The Kitchen

The kitchen has been refurbished in recent years and has contemporary cream units and mosaic tiles. There is a washer/dryer and everything you need to self cater.

The Lounge/Diner

The lounge/diner has a corner sofa (which is also a sofa bed), a dining table for four, an LCD tv with freeview, a dvd player and is a comfortable and stylish room with designer wallpaper and a sumptuous new carpet. There are patio doors out to a large terrace across the rear of the property, which backs onto the grounds of St Nicholas Church. The Church is the oldest surviving building in Brighton, dating from the 14th century. There is a table and chair set outside so if you are a smoker you can smoke outside comfortably. What used to be it’s cemetery was largely cleared sixty odd years ago and made into a public park, popular with dog walkers and picnickers.

The Bedrooms

The master bedroom has quality orthopaedic zip and link beds so it can either be a king size bed or a twin room. Please specify at the time of booking if you need it to be arranged as a twin room. There are built in wardrobes with mirror doors.

The second bedroom is a much smaller room with a single bed which has a second full size trundle guest bed underneath it.

The Bathroom

The contemporary bathroom has been completely refitted in recent years and has stone tiling on the walls and floor. There is a P bath with a rainfall shower and an additional hand shower attachment.

  • All utility costs are included.
  • There is free secure parking for one car.
  • There is broadband.
  • There is no smoking allowed inside the apartment but you may smoke on the patio.

The apartment was really nice and in a great location.
