Stylish ground floor mansion apartment

This holiday apartment is situated in an area known as Kemp Town Village a highly regarded district of Brighton. The location is perfect…. just 50 metres to the seafront. Kemp Town is a mix of elegant eateries and cosy pubs all offering great food. There are delis and high quality gift shops as well as a traditional bakery, grocers and butchers. Everything you need is close to hand and Kemp Town has a friendly and bohemian feel.

The apartment is beautifully finished with solid oak flooring and a contemporary kitchen and bathroom.

The Lounge

This large room has sash windows with views to the sea. It has a period fireplace and sumptuous furnishings. A cosy place to relax and enjoy one of the many books that fills the built in bookcase in the alcove. With its carefully chosen lighting and l-shaped sofa this is the perfect place to unwind. There is a flat screen tv and dvd player. There is a stylish desk area next to the bookcase, making it ideal if you are here for work.

The Master Bedroom

Back round and along the corridor to the rear of the property, the first room off to the right is the master bedroom with a double bed. A generously proportioned room with elegant furnishings and with a window out to the garden. A peaceful and relaxing room.

The Bathroom

Back out to the corridor, the next room off to the right is the bathroom. Beautifully finished with marble tiles and quality fixtures. There is a bath with a shower over it.


At the end of the corridor is the kitchen which has a bespoke built in dining area. The kitchen has high gloss black units and work tops. It is fully equipped and a great place to sit and chat whilst your partner is preparing food.

Bedroom 2

Beyond the kitchen and with a window out to the garden is bedroom two. A smaller double room with a double bed and white bed linen, wooden furnishings. It has a traditional feel to it.

The Garden

The garden at this property is extra special. A secret little oasis and a peaceful place to enjoy a drink or sit and read. At the end of the garden is a summer house.
