Cavendish Apartment is great pied a terre, perfect for an executive who needs a home from home in Brighton. Just across the road from the beach, yet only a minute from the centre of town and the conference centre is very close by too. The apartment has one bedroom and is ideal for one person or a couple, but there is a cube bed just in case an extra person needs to stay. Stylishly decorated, a practical location and super value.

There is one double bed. There is an extra cube bed which is suitable for a third person to use but not on a longer term basis.


​Cavendish Apartment is in a great location just off Brighton seafront with oblique views of the old West Pier and new i360. If you are here for work or a conference it really is a super choice. Stylishly decorated, small but perfect for one person or a couple, and offering excellent value. The shops of Western Road with Waitrose and the main shopping area is just a short walk away. There are restaurants, cafes and entertainment all very close by and the beach and the i360 is just across the road.

Entrance

There is a communal entrance to this Regency block with intercom door entry. (Please see note in additional information.) The apartment is on the first floor and there is no lift. Inside the apartment the hallway is quite small and the rooms lead off from here.

Living area

The living/ dining/ kitchen area is a good size and open plan. The walls are a neutral soft grey and there is a striking and very comfortable L-shaped sofa; perfect for relaxing after a hard day. The large wall mounted tv has a SKY package and there is a DVD player. There is WiFi.

A dining table in the window seats four and is an ideal place to work if you are here on business and need a desk space.

The kitchen is contemporary and stylish and has everything you need to self cater. There is a dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedroom

The bedroom is at the back of the apartment and is a good size with a double bed and mirrored fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom

The bathroom is very contemporary in style with quality fittings. It is fully tiled and is a shower wet room. There is no bath in the property.

  • There is no smoking allowed in the property and there is no outside area so it would not suit smokers.
