There is one bedroom which has a double bed. Please note there is not room for a travel cot.


The apartment forms part of redevelopment of a Victorian red brick building in the heart of the very popular and highly regarded Kemp Town village area of Brighton. Not far from the Palace Pier and with the beach at the end of the road. It is an ideal location as you are close to central Brighton but also there are a great selection of independent shops and coffee shops, restaurants and gastro pubs just around the corner. It is also not far from the Royal Sussex Hospital so would suit someone who needs to be in Brighton for hospital commitments.

Entrance

There is Intercom door entry to the main front door. A communal hallway with one flight of stairs up to the main front door of the apartment.

The Kitchen

Inside the apartment there is a good size kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, cooker and everything you need to self cater. Big sash windows at the front let light flood in.

The Sitting Room/Diner

The sitting room/dining room has a lovely feel to it with big sash windows to the front that fill the room with light. There is a very attractive original feature fireplace (non working) and high ceilings. A big comfy sofa and armchair offer a great place to relax and watch the large LCD tv with Freeview and there is a dvd player too. A modern vintage style dining table and lamps, coupled with modern pop art pictures create a slightly retro but homely feel. A very comfortable place to relax or work. The dining table is perfect for spreading out paperwork and there is WiFi.

The Bathroom

The bathroom is fairly small and has a walk in shower cubicle.

The Bedroom

The bedroom is at the back of the property and is a neat room, simply furnished. There is a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps and a hanging rail. The mattress is a good quality memory foam mattress.

  • All bed linen and towels are included in the price.
  • All utility bills are included in the price.
  • There is no parking with the property but metered parking is available just at the end of the road. If you are here longer term and require parking, please ask us as we may be able to help with a nearby parking space that we rent. Please note this is not always possible as it may already be allocated. If you do not need your car during your stay we can advise you where you can leave your car and park for free which is some distance away.
  • As with all our properties, smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
  • There is WiFi.
