​Buckingham Apartment is a very tastefully furnished one bedroom holiday apartment which offers exceptional value. Close to the centre of Brighton, the Lanes and the train station, this an ideal holiday let for an executive in Brighton for work or for a couple for a holiday who would like a high quality apartment to stay in and live like locals. The apartment is a in a converted Victorian building and has period features. There is a private parking space for a small car.

​Buckingham Apartment is a stylish and comfortable home from home in an ideal location close to the centre of Brighton, the Lanes and Brighton mainline train station. The bathroom and kitchen are newly fitted and contemporary and the furnishings are of a very high standard.

The apartment is on the raised ground floor of a converted Victorian villa. There is a small off road parking space for one car which is a real bonus. The apartment has high ceilings, Victorian coving, beautifully restored sash windows and all the windows have wooden shutters. The apartment has a welcoming feel with art on the walls, books and accessories.

Entrance

The entrance is up a few steps. There is secure entry phone entrance to the building and then the entrance to the apartment itself is on the ground floor. Just to the side of the entrance is a small patio area with a bench which is a nice place to sit out with a coffee in the sunshine or useful if you are a smoker. To the side of this is a handy free off road parking space for one car. There is a knack to getting in the space so if you have a car we will give you instructions! It would only suit a small vehicle.

Living room/ kitchen/ diner

The main living area is open plan and has two large and comfortable leather sofas, a dining table for four and a kitchen with a breakfast bar for two. The room is bright and light and has large sash windows to the front with wooden shutters. The large dining table next to the window is an ideal place to work from if you need to. There is a large LCD tv with a Virgin tv package and a DVD player. There is of course WiFi. Books, contemporary art, CDs all make this a real home from home where you can feel very comfortable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self cater. There is a washing machine and dishwasher.

Bathroom

The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has a contemporary suite with a bath with a shower over it.

Bedroom

The bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes. A large sash window again with shutters, makes this a bright room.

  • All utility bills are included.
  • There is WiFi.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
  • Pets are not accepted at this apartment.
