Executive apartment with sea views

Brunswick Terrace is an unusually spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a highly desirable Brighton seafront location. Ideal for an executive here for work or for a family holiday let, it offers a very comfortable home for excellent value. There are sea views from several rooms, the beach and Hove Lawns are just across the road. The mansion blocks of Brunswick Terrace is beautiful and the apartment itself is a great space to relax and unwind.

There are two bedrooms, each with a king size bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room.


Brunswick Terrace apartment is in a highly regarded, iconic mansion block on the Brighton sea front with Hove Lawns oposite. Close to shops, the Brighton Centre and everything Brighton has to offer yet the apartment itself is a comforting retreat. Tastefully furnished in a traditional style, the apartment really has a very homely feel to it.

It is incredibly spacious and rare to find an apartment of this size available as a holiday let at such great value. Perfect for an executive here for work looking for a short term let or for a family holiday, the apartment is a great choice for a home from home for your stay in Brighton and Hove.

Entrance

A few steps lead up to the main mansion block entrance which is on the sea front. There is security intercom entry. A lift or stairs take you up to the apartment.

Kitchen

Inside the apartment itself there are a couple of steps off the hallway down into the incredibly spacious kitchen. With a dining table for five and everything you need to self cater, it’s a great place for a family supper. That said, Brighton is renowned for a huge selection of restaurants for all budgets so you may never need to cook! If you choose to self cater it is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and microwave too. There is also a washing machine.

Living room

Back up the few steps and past a handy downstairs loo, you then go round into the vast living room. It’s an L-shaped room and furnishings have cleverly defined it into three areas. There is a lounge area with two comfy sofas and an armchair, plus lots of books and family games. Two large windows give easterly views of the sea and let in lots of light. Next is a dining table and then round into the alcove is another comfortable L-shaped sofa where you can lie back on the chaise lounge section and watch the LCD TV with Freeview channels or a DVD. (This sofa is also a sofa bed). The apartment has WiFi also if you prefer surfing the net.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Up a flight of stairs and you have another spacious landing. From here you access the two bedrooms. Both are again really spacious, light and bright and have easterly sea views. Each has a king size bed and the master bedroom has another TV and DVD player. There is room for travel cots, (please ask at the time of booking if you need one and a high chair).

The family bathroom on the landing is for the master bedroom use and is spacious and beautifully tiled with a contemporary suite. There is a bath with a shower over it. The en suite for the second bedroom is a shower room and again is beautifully finished and modern in style.

  • All white bed linen and towels are provided.
  • All utility bills are included.
  • There is WiFi.
  • Parking is by meter on the sea front or there are car parks a short walk away. If you are here for a longer period and need your car please ask for advice.
  • As with all properties there is no smoking.
  • Please note there are stairs in the apartment so it may not suit those with mobility problems.
  • Pets are not accepted at this property.
