​Brunswick Square is one of Brighton and Hove’s most sought after addresses. Iconic Regency buildings now converted into fabulous apartments which overlook private residents’ gardens. The sea and beach is just at the end of the road and shops,cafes and restaurants, (including Waitrose), is just at the top of the square.

This two bedroom apartment is on the first floor and has a huge, light and spacious living area. With period features including high ceilings, original shutters and a beautiful fireplace, the apartment is decorated and furnished with clean lines and a minimalist feel. Doors open onto an ornamental balcony with side views to the sea.

Entrance

Entrance is via security intercom and there are stairs to the first floor.

Living area

An open plan feel with comfy sofa and footstool, LCD tv with Freeview and WiFi. A small dining table for two.

Kitchen

The living area leads through to the kitchen which is beautifully fitted with contemporary units. There is everything you would expect in a kitchen making self catering an easy option if you prefer to dine in, plus a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

Bathroom

A very stylish and contemporary family bathroom with a bath with a shower over it accessed from the hall.

Master Bedroom

The Master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes and a dressing table. It is accessed from the hall and is next to the family bathroom.

Second bedroom and office area

From the hall stairs lead up to the mezzanine level. There is an area here which has a desk is an ideal place to work.

The second bedroom has a single bed. This is a very small room and doesn’t have a window, hence why this stunning apartment is only priced as a one bedroom property and offers exceptional value.

Please note the mezzanine level and the balcony mean that this property is unsuitable for children. Although a two bedroom property we consider the second bedroom small and really only suitable for occasional use as there is no window, so the property is classed as a one bedroom property.
