This is a very spacious two bedroom seafront self catering apartment has stunning sea views where you can sit back and relax in the window seats and enjoy the panorama of the ever changing sky and sea. Ideal for a family break or for an executive in Brighton for work, this offers a very practical and stylish holiday home. Contemporary, comfortable and arguably the best location in Brighton in the iconic buildings of Brunswick Terrace.


There are two bedrooms. One with a king size bed and one with twin beds.

The view from this apartment is stunning and there are windows overlooking the sea from the living room and twin bedroom. Located on the third floor but with lift access, this is a very stylish and comfortable home for you to enjoy.

The owner has taken great care with furnishings and artwork to create more than just an average holiday let. This really is a home from home.

In a perfect location, just opposite the beach and a short walk to the main shopping district. The apartment can very comfortably accommodate a family with two children but would equally offer an excellent alternative to a hotel for an executive staying in Brighton longer term for work. With Wi-fi too, it’s a practical and quiet place to work.

Main Entrance

The main entrance has secure intercom entry. Up a few steps and to the elegant front door, through the hallway there is a small lift giving access to the third floor where the apartment is located.


The main hallway indside the apartment is spacious and all doors to the other rooms lead off from here. a bespoke built in bookcase has books and dvds for your enjoyment.


Surprisingly spacious for an apartment, the kitchen has contemporary high gloss cream units and oak wooden work tops as well as a breakfast bar with two stools.. It is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater and including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, fridge/freezer etc.

Living Room

The living room is very spacious and has two large windows with uninterrupted views of the sea. There are two window seats and you can sit here and enjoy looking at the evr changing seascape. There are two comfortable leather sofas, a large LCD tv with freeview and a dvd player, Wi-Fi, a dining table for four and accessories and pictures to create a welcoming place to relax after a busy day.

Twin bedroom

The twin bedroom is at the front of the apartment and faces the sea. It has built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, bedside tables and twin beds. Cushions, lamps and throws and unique artwork make this a very appealing room.

Master bedroom

The Master bedroom is at the back of the apartment and has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers and bedside tables. Again there are cushions, throws and lamps and artwork to create a very homely feel.


The bathroom is newly fitted and is a fulled tiled with travertine tiles. It has a beautiful tub bath and a large separate walk in shower with rainfall shower head.

  • White bed bed linen and towels are provided.
  • If you are staying for a longer period and would like a cleaner every week this can be arranged at additional cost.
  • All utility costs are included.
  • There is Wi-fi.
  • There is no smoking allowed in the apartment and there is no outside area.
  • There is no allocated parking with the property. Parking is by meter on the seafront or in car parks a short walk away. You will not need a car during your stay, so whenever possible we would recommend travelling to Brighton using public transport as parking is at a premium. If you do need to travel by car please ask us for advice on where you can park and perhaps leave your car for the duration of your stay.
